المستخلص:هذا البحث يقدم دراسة لبعض السمات الفنية، والظواهر الأسلوبية في الخطاب السياسي الإعلامي، حيث يستجلي الكثير من السمات اللغوية والظواهر الأسلوبية التي استعملت في الحوار السياسي في الفترة الماضية، وذلك في ضوء تحليل بعض المقالات المتنوعة في الصحف المصرية، وقد آثر البحث أن يجري هذه الدراسة في الإعلام المقروء، وتم تحديد الفترة والقضية السياسية لتناسب مساحة البحث، فكانت الفترة ما بين شهري نوفمبر 2013، وديسمبر 2012، أما القضية فكانت "مشروع الدستور والتأسيسية " وما سبقهما من إعلانات دستورية أدت إلى كثير من اللغط والحوارات على كل المستويات في الشارع المصري. وقد أفادت هذه الدراسة من المنهج الأسلوبي في ضوء مجموعة من الإجراءات التي تكفل للبحث الوصول إلى نتائج علمية موضوعية. ومن أهم هذه الإجراءات أن يتم تحليل الظواهر اللغوية على مختلف المستويات؛ المعجمي منها والصوتي، وكذلك تحليل البنية الصرفية، والتراكيب النحوية بأنماطها المختلفة. كما قامت مادة البحث على ثلاثة أنواع مختلفة من الصحف المصرية، وهي الصحف القومية الرسمية، والصحف المستقلة، والصحف الحزبية، وقد تم رصد كثير من المقالات المتعلقة بموضوع الدراسة في هذه الصحف؛ وقد وقع الاختيار على بعضها لتكون نموذجا تطبيقيا؛ حتى تناسب مساحة البحث، وقد روعي فيها أن تبرز الممارسة الأدبية الكتابية التي تمكننا من الوصول إلى أهم ملامح الأسلوب في تناول الإعلام المقروء لهذه القضية، في تلك الفترة الحرجة من الحياة السياسية في مصر. وقد حاولت الدراسة أن تبرز معظم التوجهات الأسلوبية، وما ينتظمها من إيديولوجيات فكرية متعددة ومختلفة؛ وذلك في ضوء تحليل نماذج مقاليه متنوعة من الجرائد القومية (الأهرام-الأخبار)، وكذلك مقالات من الصحف المستقلة (اليوم السابع -الشروق)، ومن الصحف الحزبية (الحرية والعدالة-الوفد) على سبيل المثال لا الحصر. وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن اهتمام البحث كان منصبا على المقال ونصه، وتحليل سماته اللغوية في المرتبة الأولى، للوصول إلى استجلاء ملامح الأسلوب وخصائصه فيه.

This project introduces a study for some literary and technical features in the political media speech as many of these linguistic and literary features used in the previous period will be revealed in analyzing some various articles in the Egyptian papers. The project has preferred to perform this study in readable media as both the period of time and the political case have been determined to fit the project. As such, the duration we decided to be from November 2012 and December 2012. Whereas the case was the “project Draft and Constituent Assembly” and what preceded them of constitutional ads which led to lots of clamor and debates in all levels in Egypt. This study has been based on some procedures which afford achieving scientific objective results. The most important of these procedures is to analyze linguistic features in all linguistic levels as morphological structure for used words and grammatical constructions with their different patterns. The subject of the project has been based on three various kinds of the Egyptian papers as the official national papers, independent papers and party papers. Some articles relevant to the subject of the study have been monitored. However, some have been chosen to be a practical sample to fit the search space. Moreover, practicing literal writing enables us to reach the most important technical features in dealing with readable media for this topic in that critical period of the political life in Egypt. The study has also attempted to be representative for most technical concepts and what controls them of variable thinking ideologies in the shade of analyzing samples for various articles of the national papers (AL-Ahram / AL-Akhbar) as well as articles of independent papers as (AL-Youm el Sabea / Al-Shorouk) and of the party papers as (Al-Horreya wel Adala / AL Wafd) Not to mention, the focus in this project has been directed to the article, analyzing its linguistic features in the first place to achieve the clarity of the technical features and their characteristics.
