المستخلص: | The main object of this study is to investigate the Impact of Experiential Learning on Employee Retention among the employees of Arabia Insurance Companies (AIC) located in United Arab Emirates. This study took a descriptive analytical approach to shed the light on the Experiential Learning practices and applications and its role in enhancing the Employee Retention. The study sample consisted the AIC four companies in Abu Dhabi, Alain, Dubai and Sharjah. Self-administrated questionnaire was used to collect data, SPSS with a different tests & tools were used to analyze the collected data in order to find the impact of independent variables (Experiential Learning) on dependent variable (Employee Retention). 450 questionnaire were surveyed and 301 were retrieved. The research findings indicated that Experiential Learning through its dimensions namely; Concrete experience, Reflective observation, Abstract conceptualization and Active experimentation has a positive impact on Employee Retention and has a great role in increasing the employees willingness to stay. Also it was found that experiential learning explained a 63.3% of variance in employee retention and helped in increasing the employees intentions to stay. This study is provided with a discussion of the results, implication for managers & HR professionals and recommendations for future studies. |
