| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة تعرف مدى امتلاك معلمي اللغة العربية بالمرحلة المتوسطة بدولة الكويت كفايات التدريس الإبداعي من وجهة نظر طلابهم، واستخدمت المنهج الوصفي، واعتمدت على الاستبانة في جمع البيانات، وطبقت على عينة من معلمي اللغة العربية بالمرحلة المتوسطة بلغت (354) معلماً ومعلمة موزعين وفق متغيري النوع والمنطقة التعليمية، وأسفرت النتائج عما يلي: أن درجة امتلاك معلمي اللغة العربية كفايات التدريس الإبداعي المرتبطة بالطلاقة جاءت متوسطة، وأن درجة امتلاك معلمي اللغة العربية بالمرحلة المتوسطة كفايات التدريس الإبداعي المرتبطة بالأصالة جاءت منخفضة، وأن درجة امتلاك معلمي اللغة العربية بالمرحلة المتوسطة كفايات التدريس الإبداعي المرتبطة بالمرونة جاءت منخفضة، وأن درجة امتلاك معلمي اللغة العربية بالمرحلة المتوسطة كفايات التدريس الإبداعي المرتبطة بالحساسية للمشكلات جاءت منخفضة، وأنه لا توجد فروق في استجابات عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير النوع أو المنطقة التعليمية. The current study aimed to identify the extent to which Arabic language teachers in the middle stage possess the competencies of creative teaching from the viewpoint of their students. The study used the descriptive method, and made use of a questionnaire for collecting the study data. The study was administered to a sample of Arabic language teachers in the middle stage totaling (354) teachers and were distributed according to the variables of the gender and educational region. The results of the study revealed that the degree to which Arabic language teachers possessed creative teaching competencies related to fluency was average, and the degree of Arabic teachers’ possession of creative teaching competencies related to originality was low, as well as the degree of Arabic language teachers’ possession of creative teaching competencies associated with flexibility was also low. The degree of Arabic teachers' possession of creative teaching competencies associated with sensitivity to problems was low, and that there were no differences in the responses of the study sample due to the gender variable or the educational region. |
