| المستخلص: | تمثل الشعائر الحسينية أهم روافد استمرار الارتباط البشري بقضية أهل بيت رسول الله عليهما السلام وهي القضية الحسينية، فالشعائر الحسينية تسلط الضوء على حقيقة الصراع الأبدي بين الحق والباطل، لذلك يخاف الظالمون من الشعائر الحسينية اشد الخوف ويحاربونها بكل طاقاتهم.\nالأمم على اختلاف أديانها وطوائفها وشعائرها وطقوسها التي اعتادت على تأديتها وإن اختلفت في الأسلوب والطريقة لتعبر عن مكنوناتها وما تحفل به من ذاكرة مسرة أو مفرحة، والمسلمون جزء من تلك الأمم يمارسون شعائر مقدسة فرضت عليهم في الكتاب المقدس تارة أو في سنة النبي المصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم تارة أخرى حتى أصبحت جزء من حياتهم يرتبطون بها ارتباطاً عاطفياً وعقلياً ويؤدونها إداء تقتضيه حالة الإيمان فكلما كان الإيمان متجذراً في النفوس كانت الشعائر ذات أداء حسن يثاب عليه المؤمن من الله رضواناً مباركاً ولما كان أهل البيت عليها السلام هم إعلام الهدى والعروة الوثقى الموصوفون في القرآن بأوصاف عظيمة فقد كان لهم في ميزان العدل والحكمة دور القيادة البارزة في افتراض الطاعة، وعليه ضمن الواجب شرعاً وعرقاً أن يكون المرء تحت سطوة حبهم وعدلهم يحمل رايتهم ويركن إلى أفعالهم وأقوالهم باعتبار العصمة والأمامة قد حصرت بهم.\nفمن الواجب تعظيمهم لأنهم الأنوار الربانية والحجج البالغة تجاه الأمة، ومن أعظم الشعائر عند اتباعهم الشعائر الحسينية التي بدأت عند واقعة كربلاء كفعل أدائي ومن قبلها كاختيار غيبي. \nويكفي المرء أن يدقق ويتأمل الواقعة ووصية الإمام الحسين بن علي عليه السلام (إنما خرجت لطلب الإصلاح في أمة جدي أريد أن أمر بالمعروف وانهي عن المنكر).\nوبناءٍ على ذلك قسمت هذا المبحث إلى مبحثين الأول خاص بماهية الشعائر الحسينية أما المبحث الثاني فقد بينت فيه أحكام تلك الشعائر وأنواعها.\n Hussainiyah rituals represent the most important tributaries of the continued human association with the cause of the people of the House of the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon them, which is the Hussainiyah Cause. Hussainiyah rites highlight the fact of the eternal struggle between truth and falsehood, so the oppressors greatly fear the Hussainiyah rites and fight it with all their energies.\nNations of all religions, communities, rites and rituals, which they are used to perform, even if they differ in style and way, (perform them) to express their contents and the pleasing or joyful memory they have. Muslims are part of those nations practicing sacred rites imposed on them in the Holy Book, at times, or in the Sunnah of the Prophet Mustafa (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), at other times, until they became part of their lives to which they are emotionally and mentally attached and which they perform as required by the state of I'man (faith). Whenever faith (I'man) is rooted in the souls, the rituals are well performed, upon which the believer of Allah will be rewarded with the blessing of the pleasure of Allah. Since the people of the Prophetic house, peace be upon them, are the leaders of the guidance and the most trustworthy handhold, who have been described with great attributes in the Holy Qur'an, they had in the scale of justice and wisdom the role of outstanding leadership in the assumption of obedience. Accordingly, it is within the duty of Shariah and race that one should be under the influence of their love and equity, bear their banner, and be complacent to their actions and words, considering the I'smah (moral infallibility) and the Imamate (leadership) that have been confined to them.\nThey must be exalted because they are the Lord's lights and the evidence sent towards Ummah. One of the greatest rituals is when we follow the Husseiniya rituals that began at Karbala as a performance act and before it as an unseen choice. \nIt is enough for one to examine carefully and reflect upon the incident and will of Imam Hussein ibn Ali (peace be upon him) "I just came out to ask for reform in my grandfather's nation; I wanted to order good and stop (people) from (indulging) in the evil).\nAccordingly, I divided this research into two chapters; the first chapter discusses the essence of the Husseiniya rituals, while the second chapter includes the rulings and types of those rituals.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021 |
