| 520 | |a في ظل ثورة تكنولوجيا المعلومات التي شملت جميع نواحي الحياة بما فيها قطاعي التربية والتعليم والمتجلية صورته في التعليم الإلكتروني الذي شهدته كثير من بلدان العالم حتى أصبح الأداة الفاعلة للتطور والنمو والازدهار. فصار لزاما علينا الخوض في الدراسات والنظريات والبحوث العلمية لانتقاء ما يمكن انتقائه من هذه التجربة العلمية الفريدة والاستفادة منها في التربية والتعليم اللذان يمثلان القاسم المشترك الأعظم في كل العوامل المؤثرة برقي المجتمع. لذا، سلط الباحثان الضوء على مجال التربية والتعليم وأهميتهما في التنشئة الإلكترونية للأحيال وملائمتهما لجميع الظروف التي تحيط بالمعلم والمتعلم. وقد جاء موضوع البحث هذا وفق صياغة مشكلة البحث في طرح السؤال الرئيس (ما مدى توافر الإمكانات والقدرات التي تساعد على تنشئة الجيل إلكترونيا عبر الاستعمال الأمثل للتكنولوجيا في مجالي التربية والتعليم؟) ومنه تفرعت أسئلة مشكلة البحث الآتية: 1-ما مدي إمكانية تغيير اتجاهات المتعلم من الاستعمال السلبي للتكنولوجيا كانحراف السلوكيات والإدمان وإضاعة الوقت إلى الاستعمال الإيجابي للتكنولوجيا كزيادة مستوى التعلم وتنمية الذكاءات المتعددة واستثمار الوقت؟ 2-ما مدي إمكانية المتعلم من استثمار التكنولوجيا والحد من ظاهرة التسرب المدرسي واللجوء إلى التعليم الإلكتروني التعليم المنزلي (Home Schooling)؟ 3-ما مدى إمكانية ترغيب المتعلم وزيادة ميوله للتعليم الفاعلي؟ وتكمن أهمية هذا البحث في جانبين رئيسين هما: الجانب الموضوعي: استثمار التقنية الجديدة المتطورة والاستفادة منها للنهوض بواقع العملية التربوية والتعليمية وتسهيل عمليتي التعليم والتعلم وإثراء المناهج الدراسية وإيجاد طرائق تدريس تواكب عصر التكنولوجيا. الجانب الاجتماعي: فتح آفاق واسعة للمتعلمين والمعلمين معا كطاقة بشرية في الاستعمال الأمثل للتكنولوجيا الحديثة لتغيير المتعلم نحو الأحسن وأداء المعلم وطرائق تدريسه للرقي بمستوى المتعلم وتحصيله الدراسي عبر استعمال برامجيات حديثة ومتطورة تميز وتحسن أداء العملية التربوية والتعليمية، فضلا عن الفهم الواسع من الحقائق والمعلومات وتعلم اللغات الأجنبية الأخرى. وتأتي أهداف البحث عبر الإجابة على أسئلة مشكلة البحث. واستعمل الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي النوعي لتحديد الظاهرة قيد البحث، معتمدا على التوضيح والتأطير النظري الذي استمد معلوماته من المصادر والمراجع ذات الأهمية والفائدة العلمية. وذلك للوصول إلى النتائج والاستنتاجات المرجوة من هذا البحث. | ||
| 520 | |b In the light of revolution of information technology that included all aspects of life including the disciplines of education and higher education represented by e-learning of which many Arabic countries witnessed to the degree that it became the active tool for development, growth, and prosperity. Thus, it mandatory for us to deal with studies, theories, and research to select what is possible of this unique scientific experiment and make use of it in education and higher education that represent the common great factor in all affecting factors in community’s development. So, the researchers shed the light on the field of education and higher education and its importance in the electronic rearing for the generations and their fitness for the circumstances surrounding the learner and teacher. The research topic has evolved in the context of formulation of the research problem in raising the main question (how available the capacities that help in electronically rearing the generation via the optimal use of technology in the education and higher education?). Sub-questions have evolved from this question including: 1. How possible to change the learner’s attitudes toward negative use of technology such as behavioral deviations, addiction, and time wasting to the positive use of technology represented by increasing the level of learning, developing multiple intelligences, and investing the time? 2. How possible to invest technology and limit school dropout and shifting to e-learning (Home learning)? 3. How possible to increase the learner’s desire and inclinations for interactive learning? The importance of this study lays in two main aspects: The objective aspect: Investing the new advanced technology and make use of it in advancing the educational and teaching process, facilitating the processes of education and teaching, enriching the school curricula, and creating teaching methods that go in line with technology era. The social aspect: Opening wide horizons for both learners and teachers as human resources in the optimal of technology in order to positively change the learner, his/her performance and teaching methods, and advancing the learner’s level and his/her academic achievement through using advance technology that characterizes and improve the educational and teaching processes. In addition to the wide understanding of facts and information and learning other foreign languages. Thus, the study objectives are represented by answering the research problem questions. The researchers used the descriptive analytical qualitative method to determine the phenomenon under investigation, depending on the clarification and theorization that are derived their information from literature relevant to electronic rearing in order to achieving the desired findings. | ||
