| المستخلص: | LMD system, in its general form, is a new educational medium in the Algerian university imported from Europe that has been subject to the market economy system and the system of globalization. Given that Algeria is the country that has adopted or is adopted by globalization, it found itself in one way or another subject to this system after the educational system was subjected to a set of reforms. Algeria followed this new university system with its advantages and disadvantages without considering the actual data and carrying out a radiological fallout of it as it was imported. This application was based on the belief that the LMD will eliminate the problems that the Algerian university suffers from and link them to the labor market, thus eliminating the unemployment of university degree holders. However, almost ten years after its application, the Algerian University continues to build up frames without knowing the real needs and subspecialties required in the labor market in the public and private sector. This makes the university graduates do not find those in need of their specialization and educational attainment useless. That is why we find many degree holders are striving to obtain a job. However, this is not achieved because the volume of demand for them is low.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021 نظام ل.م.د. في شكله العام، هو وسيلة تعليمية جديدة في الجامعة الجزائرية مستورد من أوروبا خضع لنظام اقتصاد السوق، ولنظام العولمة. وبحكم أن الجزائر واحدة من الدول التي تبنت أو تبنتها العولمة وجدت نفسها بشكل أو بآخر خاضعة لهذا النظام، بعدما أخضعت المنظومة التربوية لمجموع إصلاحات. فاتبعت الجزائر هذا النظام الجامعي الجديد بما فيه من محاسن ومساوئ دون النظر في المعطيات الواقعية، والقيام بإسقاط إشعاعي له مثلما استورد وكان هذا التطبيق قائما على اعتقاد أن ال. ل.م.د. سيقضي على المشاكل التي تعاني منها الجامعة الجزائرية كما سيربطها بسوق العمل وبالتالي القضاء على بطالة حاملي الشهادات الجامعية. ولكن بعد مرور قرابة العشر سنوات على تطبيقه، مازالت الجامعة الجزائرية تكدس الإطارات دون معرفة الاحتياجات الحقيقية والتخصصات الدقيقة المطلوبة في سوق العمل لدى القطاع العام والقطاع الخاص، وهذا ما يجعل خريجو الجامعة لا يجدون من هم في حاجة إلى تخصصهم وتحصيلهم العلمي لا فائدة ولا جدوى منه. لهذا نجد كثير من حاملي الشهادات يجتهدون من أجل الحصول على منصب شغل، غير أن ذلك لا يتحقق لأن حجم الطلب عليهم قليل. Le système L.M.D est une nouvelle forme d’enseignement dans l’université Algérienne, il est importé de l’Europe. L’Algérie étant l’un des pays qui ont adopté ce système avec ses avantages et ses inconvénients sans tenir en compte les données réelles. Elle l’a appliqué comme il est importé sans modification.\nOn supposait que l’application du L.M.D va régler tout les problèmes de l’université Algérienne et va la relier au marché de travail et, donc éliminer le chômage des diplômés de l’université. Mais après dix ans de l’application du L.M.D, l’université Algérienne entasse encore les cadres sans savoir les besoins réels et les spécialités précises demandées dans le marché de travail, soit dans le secteur public ou privé ; et c’est ce qui fait que les diplômés universitaires ne trouvent pas ceux qui ont besoin de leur spécialité.\n |
