| المستخلص: | يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة الأحاديث التي اختلف فيها الرواة على سماك بن حرب (ت:123هـ)، وذلك بعد ترجمة موجزة تبين كلام الأئمة في الحكم على سماك بن حرب، والراجح منها، ثم سرد الروايات التي دارت حوله مع بيان كلام الإمام الدارقطني فيها وما توصل إليه من ترجيح، وبيان ما ظهر لي من حكم من خلال دراسة الروايات إلى سماك، مع الحكم على أسانيدها، وبيان الراجح فيها. This paper aims to study the hadiths in which the narrators differed on Samak Bin Harb, and that is after a brief translation that shows the words/opinions of Imams in the judgment on Samak Bin Harb, and the more likely statement. Then, the relevant narratives that discussed it are narrated, with showing the opinions of Imam Al-Darkatni about it and the reached probability. The statement that appeared to me is shown through the study of the narratives to Samak, with the evaluation of its basis and the most likely statement. |
