| المستخلص: | سعي البحث إلى دراسة العلاقة التأثيرية بين رأس المال النفسي بأبعاده (الأمل، والكفاءة الذاتية، والتفاؤل، والمرونة) والصمت التنظيمي بأبعاده (صمت الإذعان، والصمت الدفاعي، والصمت الاجتماعي الهادف). وذلك من خلال الإجابة على تساؤل البحث وهو هل يتأثر الصمت التنظيمي بأبعاد رأس المال النفسي واختبار هذا التساؤل على المستوى الميداني في جامعة المنوفية ولتحديد أي من أبعاد رأس المال النفسي الأكثر تأثيرا في الصمت التنظيمي، وقد اختيرت عينة عشوائية قوامها (283) فردا من العاملين بالجامعة أخضعت إجاباتهم للاختبار والتحليل، وقد أشارت النتائج الإحصائية إلى وجود تأثير معنوي لأبعاد رأس المال النفسي في مستويات الصمت التنظيمي على مستوى عينة البحث. The research aims to study the influential relationship between the dimensions of psychological capital (hope, self-efficacy, optimism, and flexibility) and silence organizational dimensions (Acquiescent Silence, Defensive Silence and the Prosaically Silence). To achieve this objective research tried to answer the questionable intellectual essential that Are organizational silence influenced by the dimensions of the psychological capital and testing this question at. the field level at Menoufia University, and in order to determine which of the psychological dimensions of the most influential in the organizational silence. A random sample of were selected (283) members of staff subjected their answers to the test and analysis, and statistical results indicated a significant effect for the psychological dimensions in the dimensions of organizational silence. |
