| 520 | |b Recently, the problem of unemployment of graduates with higher degrees in Saudi society was significantly prolonged, and this was the motivation for carrying out the current study, as the study aimed to identify the most important factors causing unemployment for graduates with higher degrees and their implications (psychological - social - economic), and try to reach proposals from the point of view The study sample to solve this problem, the study was applied to a sample of (95) single unemployed holders of masters and doctorates in Makkah Al-Mukarramah Region (male and female), and the study adopted a quantitative research method using an electronic questionnaire applied to a sample of unemployed people in the community with B (sample snowball), the study concluded that the problem of unemployment has raised the psychological, social and economic on the unemployed and also considered a waste of what incurred by the state of the expenses for the education of this category in the local universities, and sending a group of them to universities in other countries. | ||
| 520 | |a مؤخرا أطلت بشكل ملحوظ مشكلة بطالة حملة الشهادات العليا في المجتمع السعودي، وكان هذا الدافع للقيام بالدراسة الحالية، حيث هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أبرز العوامل المسببة لبطالة حملة الشهادات العليا والآثار المترتبة عليها (النفسية - الاجتماعية - الاقتصادية)، ومحاولة الوصول لمقترحات من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة لحل هذه المشكلة، وقد طبقت الدراسة على عينة قوامها (٩٥) مفردة من العاطلين عن العمل من حملة الماجستير والدكتوراه بمنطقة مكة المكرمة (ذكوراً وإناثاً)، واعتمدت الدراسة أسلوب البحث الكمي باستخدام استبيان الكتروني طبق على عينة من العاطلين بالمجتمع بأسلوب (عينة كرة الثلج)، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مشكلة البطالة لها آثار نفسية واجتماعية واقتصادية على العاطلين عن العمل، كذلك تعتبر إهداراً لما تكبدته الدولة من نفقات لتعليم هذه الفئة في الجامعات المحلية، وابتعاث مجموعة منهم لجامعات دول أخرى. | ||
