| 520 | |a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أشكال العنف التي يتعرض لها الطفل أثناء التأديب، والتعرف على موقف رواد الفكر الإسلامي والقوانين الدولية والإعلانات العالمية لحقوق الطفل حول العنف الموجه للطفل أثناء التأديب، وتقديم الوسائل الصحيحة البديلة لتأديب الطفل. وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى النتائج الأتية: استخدام أسلوب اللين والرفق في تأديب الأطفال بدلا من استخدام العنف يترك أثرا إيجابيا عليهم، والعكس من ذلك يترك أثرا سلبيا على صحة الطفل النفسي والجسدي. تأكيد القوانين والمواثيق والإعلانات الدولية على تجريم استعمال العنف والقسوة ضد الطفل في كل الأحوال. | ||
| 520 | |b This study aims to achieve the following: knowing the forms of violence faced by children during their discipline, knowing the attitude of pioneers of Islamic thought, international laws and universal declarations of children rights towards violence against children during their discipline and providing the right alternative means to discipline children. The study reached the following results: the use of a soft and kind method in disciplining children instead of using violence against them has good effect on the children. Disciplining children with violence has a negative impact on the their mental and physical health and international laws, conventions and declarations have emphasised the criminalisation of the use of violence and cruelty against children in all circumstances. | ||
