| المستخلص: | \nاستهدفت الدراسة تسليط الضوء على العنف المجتمعي الأشكال والأسباب والحلول. وأوضحت الدراسة أن العنف المجتمعي يعد خطرا على المجتمع المدني. ويؤدي إلى إضعاف المؤسسات المكونة للمجتمع. وأشارت إلى أن الأردن شهدت خلال الآونة الأخيرة حالات متعددة من أشكال العنف المجتمعي. سببها جهل الأفراد والجماعات وابتعادهم عن الأسلوب الحضاري والسلوك المدني للحوار وحل الاختلافات في وجهات النظر. وارتكزت الدراسة على عدة محاور. أولا العوامل التي أدت إلى ظهور العنف المجتمعي بالأردن. ومنها عوامل أسرية وغياب العدالة الاجتماعية وعوامل لها علاقة بتطبيق التشريعات والعقوبات. ثانيا مسؤولية محاربة العنف المجتمعي. وأوضحت أن هذه المسئولية تقع على عاتق المجتمع بأكمله أفرادا ومؤسسات. ثالثا أشكال العنف المجتمعي. ومنها العنف الأسري والعنف في المدارس والعنف العشائري والعنف الجامعي والعنف المدني والامني. رابعا أثار العنف المجتمعي. وتضمن الإيذاء الجسدي والنفسي والجنسي والاقتصادي. خامسا أسباب العنف المجتمعي. وشملت أسباب اقتصادية واجتماعية وأسباب قانونية وإعلامية. واستعرضت الدراسة هذه الأسباب بشيء من التفصيل وقدمت لكل سبب مجموعة من المقترحات لحلها.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 \nThe study aimed to shed light on the societal violence forms, causes and solutions. The study pointed out that the community violence is a threat to the civil society. This weaken the constituent institutions of the society. In recent times, Jordan had witnessed numerous cases of community violence, which is caused by the ignorance of individuals and the groups and away from the civilizational style and the civil behaviour of the discussion and resolving the differences in views. The study was based on several axes. First, the factors that led to the emergence of community violence in Jordan, including the family factors and the absence of the social justice and the factors related to the application of the legislation and the penalties. Second, the responsibility to combat the community violence. It explained that this responsibility rests with the entire society, including the individuals and the institutions. Third, the forms of the community violence, including the domestic violence, the violence in schools, the tribal violence, the university violence, the civil violence and the security violence. Fourth, The effects of the community violence, including the physical, the psychological, the sexual and the economic abuse. Fifth, the causes of the social violence, including the economic and the social, legal and the media reasons.
