| المستخلص: | تتمثل أهمية هذه الدراسة في شرف وأهمية خدمة السنة المطهرة، والدب عنها ، ورد الشبه التي تثار بين الحين والآخر عن بعضها، وبيان أن السنة النبوية صالحة لكل زمان ومكان، وأن ما صح منها لا يمكن بحال أن يتعارض مع مصالح العباد، ولا مع مقاصد الشرع الحكيم، فهذه الدراسة تهدف إلى مناقشة الفهم الخاطئ لدى البعض، من أن هناك أحاديث صحيحة تتعارض مع مقاصد الشرعية، وأن بعض ما جاءت به السنة الصحيحة يتعارض مع مصالح العباد، أو يتعارض مع ما أمرت الشريعة بحفظه من الضروريات الخمس الواجب حفظها للإنسان، وهي: الدين والنفس والعقل والمال والعرض، ومحاولة تصحيح هذا الفهم الخاطئ، من خلال جمع كلام العلماء في بيانهم لعدم وجود هذا التعارض، وذلك في بعض المسائل التي يتوهم البعض وجود التعارض فيها، وبيان القواعد التي وضعها العلماء لرد الأحاديث النبوية، والتي يتبين بها الصحيح من الضعيف. The importance of this study is represented in the honor and importance of serving the purified Sunnah and bear about it, responding to the similarities that are raised from time to time about each other, and showing that the Prophet's Sunnah is valid for every time and place, and that what is true of it cannot in any way contradict the interests of the people, nor with the aims of Sharia Al-Hakim, this study aims to discuss the wrong understanding of some people, That there are authentic hadiths that contradict the objectives of the Shari'ah, and that some of what the authentic Sunnah has come to contradict the interests of the servants, or contradict what the Shari'a has commanded to preserve from the five necessities that a person must preserve, namely: religion, soul, reason, money and honor, And trying to correct thi misconception, by collecting the words of the scholars in their statement of the absence of this contradiction, and that in some issues in which some people imagine that there is a contradiction in it, and explain the rules that the scholars have put in place to respond to the hadiths of the Prophet, by which it is clear which is the correct from the weak. |
