| المستخلص: | يعد الأطفال هم مستقبل البشرية وقوة المجتمع ككل وهم أساس التنمية في أي مجتمع من المجتمعات، فأطفال اليوم هم شباب الغد وعماد المستقبل وتقع على عاتقهم مسئولية تنمية المجتمع، وتعتبر رعاية الطفل الأساس الأول للمجتمعات التي تهدف إلى تحقيق التنمية والازدهار والبعد عن مظاهر الانحراف والمرض والتخلف باعتبار ما يمثله الطفل من طاقة خلاقة تهدف إلى الابتكار والتطوير ويعانى أطفال التوحد من وجود عدد كبير من المشكلات سواء كانت مشكلات سلوكية أو انفعالية أو معرفية أو اجتماعية أو بيئية أو مهارية، الأمر الذى يستلزم ضرورة توفير خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية من أجل إشباع احتياجاتهم ومواجهة مشكلاتهم وتنمية قدراتهم وتحسين نوعية حياتهم، لذا جاءت الدراسة الحالية في محاولة منها لتحديد مستوى فعالية خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية في تحسين نوعية حياة أطفال. ويعتبر التوحد شكل من أشكال الاضطرابات النمائية الناتجة عن حدوث نمو غير طبيعي في المخ، وهو ما يظهر تأثيره في مجال الحياة الاجتماعية ومهارات التواصل اللفظية وغير اللفظية، وأيضاً على التفاعل الاجتماعي مع الآخرين والارتباط بالعالم الخارجي، ويعتبر التوحد واحداً من الاضطرابات التي تؤثر في الجوانب المختلفة لنمو الطفل. وقد هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد مستوى فعالية خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية في تحسين نوعية حياة أطفال التوحد وتحديد الصعوبات التي تواجه تقديم خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية في تحسين نوعية حياة أطفال التوحد والتوصل لمجموعة من الآليات التنفيذية المقترحة لتفعيل خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية في تحسين نوعية حياة أطفال التوحد. What the child represents of creative energy aimed at innovation and development, and autistic children suffer from the presence of a large number of problems, whether they are behavioral, emotional, cognitive, social, environmental or skill problems, which necessitates the necessity of providing social care services for He sold their needs, confronted their problems, developed their capabilities, and improved the quality of their lives, so the current study came in an attempt to determine the level of effectiveness of social welfare services in improving the quality of life for children. Autism is considered a form of developmental disorder resulting from the occurrence of non-normal growth in the brain, which shows its effect in the field of social life and verbal and non-verbal communication skills, as well as on social interaction with others and connection with the outside world, and autism is considered one of the disorders that affect different aspects For the growth of the child.
