| المستخلص: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقويم واقع التعليم عن بعد في ظل جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس والمعلمين والطلبة من خلال قياس مدى استفادة الطلبة بمحافظة الزرقاء في الأردن من تجربة التعليم عن بعد وانخراطهم بها والتحديات التي تواجه المعلمين والمعلمات من استخدام نظام التعليم عن بعد في ظل جائحة كورونا بهدف تحسين تجربة التعليم عن بعد؛ ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي حيث استخدمت أداة الاستبانة لجمع البيانات، وتكونت العينة التي طبقت عليها الدراسة من "٩٠" مديرا ومديرة و "٣٢٠" معلما ومعلمة من مديرية التربية والتعليم للواء الرصيفة في محافظة الزرقاء ومن "١٦٩" طالبا وطالبة من نفس المديرية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أبرز النتائج الآتية: إلى أن استجابات أفراد العينة جاءت تحت فقرة (متوسطة)، بمعنى أن استفادة الطلاب من نظام التعليم عن بعد جاءت متوسطة، في حين أن التكرارات والنسب المئوية لاستجابات مديري المدارس والمعلمين والطلبة حول التحديات التي تواجه المعلمين والمعلمات والطلبة ومدراء المدارس قد تراوحت من أعلى تحد وهي العبارة السادسة التي تشير إلى "سهولة الغش أثناء الاختبارات عبر التعليم عن بعد" بنسبة (91.9%) إلى أدنى تحد مقداره (2.1%) وهي العبارة الثانية " قلة تدريب الطلبة على استخدام نظام التعليم عن بعد"، ويلاحظ أن هناك اختلافات في نسب التحديات من تحد آخر، وأخيرا تم حساب التكرارات والنسبة المئوية لاستجابات الطلبة والمدراء والمعلمين فيما يخص وجهة نظرهم حول تحسين تجربة التعليم عن بعد وتقديم مجموعة من الاقتراحات والحلول مرتبة من الأعلى إلى الأدنى حسب النسب المئوية للتكرارات. This study aimed to assess the reality of distance education in light of the Corona pandemic from the point of view of school administrators, teachers and students by measuring the extent to which students in Zarqa Governorate in Jordan benefit from the distance education experience and their involvement with it and the challenges that teachers face from using the distance education system in light of Corona pandemic, with the aim of improving the distance education experience; To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was followed, whereby a questionnaire tool was used to collect data. The sample on which the study was applied consisted of "90” administers, And "320" male and female teachers from the Directorate of Education for the Rusaifa District in Zarqa Governorate and from "169" male and female students from the same directorate, and the study continued to the most prominent results of the following: Until the responses of the sample members came under a (medium) paragraph, meaning that students benefit from the system Distance education was average, while the frequencies and percentages of school principals, teachers and students' responses to the challenges facing teachers, teachers, students and school principals ranged from the highest challenge, which is the sixth statement that It refers to “ease of cheating during exams through distance education” by (91.9%) to the lowest challenge of (2.1%). The second phrase is “lack of training for students to use the distance education system.” It is noticed that there are differences in the percentages of Challenges from another challenge, and finally the frequencies and percentage of responses of students, principals and teachers were calculated regarding their view of improving the distance education experience and presenting a set of suggestions and solutions arranged from highest to lowest according to the percentages of occurrences. |
