| 520 | |a جاءت الدراسة بعنوان معوقات توظيف التعليم الإلكتروني في التعليم المفتوح بجامعة السودان المفتوحة في الفترة من 2005-2012م. وهدفت الدراسة إلى طرح فكرة التعليم الإلكتروني كحل أساسي لتطوير المستوى التعليمي والسمو به إلى أرقى المستويات ليواكب التطور التكنولوجي الهائل والعمل على تحديد وجهة الجيل القادم نحو مجتمع ناجح وفعال، واتخذت جامعة السودان المفتوحة نموذجا لتطبيق الدراسة عليها. استخدمت الدراسة الأسلوب المسحي الوصفي التحليلي للحصول على البيانات والمعلومات. وتم اختيار الاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات، وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة من منسوبي جامعة السودان المفتوحة وهم الأساتذة العاملين بمنطقة الخرطوم التعليمية عددهم (مائة) مفحوص كعينة للدراسة فتم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية. وخرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات أهمها: أن التعلم الإلكتروني لا يحدد وقت للتعلم فيستطيع المعلم وضع المادة كلها مرة واحدة ويتعامل الطالب معها من خلال حلقات النقاش والتعيينات وأن كثافة المحتوى لا يحد من الاستفادة الكاملة من التعلم، ونظام التعليم الإلكتروني في الجامعة ما زالت أهدافه غير واضحة ولم يتم الإعداد له بشكل جيد. وأوصت الدراسة بتوفير البنية التحتية لهذا النوع من التعليم وتتمثل في: إعداد الكوادر البشرية المدربة، وتوفير خطوط الاتصالات المطلوبة، وأجهزة الحاسوب، والدعم الفني الكافي. وضع برامج لتدريب الطلاب، والمشرفين التربويين، والإداريين للاستفادة القصوى من التقنية. ضرورة إعادة النظر في العبء الأكاديمي للمشرف، نظرا لأنه المساهم الرئيس في صناعة هذا التعليم. | ||
| 520 | |b This study is entitled: Difficulties of employing e-learning in Open Education: the case study of Open University of the Sudan 2005-2012. The study aimed at introducing the idea of e-learning as a basic factor for the development of educational standard upgrading it to the highest levels to keep pace with the tremendous technological development and to identify the direction of the coming generation towards a successful and effective society. The open university of Sudan has been taken as a model for the carrying out this study. The study used a descriptive analytical survey method to collect the data and information. A questionnaire was chosen as a tool for data collection. The study sample was one hundred people from the staff of the Open University of Sudan in the Khartoum branch who were randomly chosen. The study comes out with a set of findings and recommendations including: e-learning does not specify a time for learning so a teacher can upload the whole learning material at once and the students can deal with it through seminars and assignments. The density of the content does not limit the full benefit of learning. The objectives of e-learning system at the university are still not clear enough and not well prepared. The study recommends the provision of infrastructure for this type of education such as: the preparation of trained manpower and to provide the required communication lines computer equipment and adequate technical support. The development of training programs for students educators tutors and administrators to make the most benefit of technology. Need to reconsider the academic burden of the tutors for s/he is the main shareholder in the education industry. | ||
