| المستخلص: | Society is an overall structure that includes many systems that perform different functions, including productive organizations and service institutions, for the perpose of preserving the survival of the society and its development. Each system within this structure has a specific function that meets the needs of the society as individuals and as groups. Among these, important system is the health system; the latter requires physical and other means and requirements that are represented in human resources such as human efforts, mental capabilities and thoughts. Any deficiency in this system or any other system in the structure leads to a discruption in the overall of the society. This function is performed by the goverment as well as the communities. Based on this the aim of this research is to know to what extent does this institution functions as it should be by previding supplies and maternal and child care institution and specialized human resources such as doctors and their assistants and health protection agents. To do so the research focused on the description of the department obstetrice and gynecology at Tebessa hospital where a sample of 70 hospitalized women were questioned about their views of the level of services provided by the department where the results. Obtained were very good satisfaction. يعتبر المجتمع بناء يضم أنظمة كثيرة تقوم بوظائف مختلفة منها إنتاجية وأخرى خدماتية، لغرض الحفاظ على سيرورة المجتمع وبقائه وتطوره، ولكل نظام داخل هذا البناء وظيفة محددة تلبي حاجيات المجتمع كأفراد وكجماعات. ومن هذه الأنظمة الهامة نظام الصحة، هذا الأخير الذي يتطلب وسائل ومستلزمات مادية وأخرى تتمثل في مجهود الانسان وقدراته وافكاره، وكل عجز في هذا النظام يؤدي الى خلل في البناء الكلي للمجتمع، هذه الوظيفة تقوم بها السلطة والمجتمع معا. يهدف هذا البحث الى معرفة مستوى الرعاية الاجتماعية والصحية التي تقدمها هذه المؤسسة سواء فيما يخص المستلزمات والوسائل المادية كالمستشفيات، العيادات ومؤسسات رعاية الامومة والطفولة وتوفير اليد العاملة المتخصصة كالأطباء ومساعدوهم واعوان الوقاية الصحية بغرض توفير المتطلبات الصحية والوقائية لأفراد المجتمع. وللوقوف على مدى توفير هذه الشروط ومدى رضا الساكنة عليها يتناول هذا المقال دراسة وصفية لحالة مصلحة التوليد وامراض النساء بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية بولاية تبسة حيث شملت 70 مريضة وتوصلت الدراسة الى ان هناك مستوى جيد للرعاية الصحية والمريضات راضية جدا على الخدمات المقدمة لهن. |
