| المستخلص: | قامت الدراسة بتجلية موقف أدونيس من السنة النبوية في كتابه "الثابت والمتحول"، والذي اعتبر السنة فكرا نشأ على فهم القرآن، وأنها تقليد عمل إلهي! وأن النبي -صل الله عليه وسلم- هو مقلد لمنهجية القرآن في تعامله مع الواقع الذي عاشه. فمحمد - صلى الله عليه وسلم- ابن بيئته، والأمة مأمورة باتباع النبي -صل الله عليه وسلم في منهجية الفهم لا في حيثيات فهم النصوص القرآنية! وذهب أدونيس إلى أننا مأمورون بتقليد النبي عليه السلام، فنفهم القرآن وفق مقتضيات الواقع المعاصر الذي نعيشه، لذلك اعتبر الضوابط اللغوية، والقواعد الأصولية، وقواعد التفسير ما هي إلا موانع لفهم القرآن وفق الواقع المعاصر، وما وجدت هذه الأفـكار إلا لتخدم الحداثيين لأنه يعتبر من كبار مفكريهم في العصر الحديث. فقام البحث بنقد موقفه خاصة فيما يتعلق بالسنة النبوية، وبشخصه -صلى الله عليه وسلم- ومن مفهومه الخاطئ للتبعية، فالنصوص القرآنية زاخرة بإثبات مصدرية السنة النبوية، وأنها مصدر أصيل من مصادر التشريع الإسلامي، فهي وحي من الله تعالـى. This research deals with Adonis’s attitude towards Sunnah in his book “The Static and the Dynamic”. He considered Sunnah as a concept derived from understanding Quran, imitating Allah’s work, and the prophet Mohammad PBUH as an imitator of the Quran methodology in dealing with reality. Because Mohammad PBUH is influenced by the environment where he was grown up and the nation is commanded to follow him in understanding this methodology, not in understanding Quranic texts. Adonis added that we are ordered to imitate the prophet (PBUH) to understand the Qur’an according to the modern conditions we are living in. So, linguistic disciplines, fundamental rules and the rules of interpretation are all considered as obstacles to understanding the Qur’an in accordance with modern reality. They are only meant to support modernists like Adonis who he is considered one of the thinkers of the modern age. This research criticizes his attitude towards the prophetic Sunnah and his impression about the prophet (BPBU), as well as his misunderstanding of Al-Taba’yah (dependence), because Qur’anic verses are replete with confirmation of the referential value of the Al-Sunnah and it is a major source of Islamic Legislation since it is a revelation from Allah. |
