| المستخلص: | يقدم البحث دراسة لمدى توفر متطلبات تطبيق نظام إدارة الجودة بموجب المواصفة الدولية ISO21001: 2018 في المؤسسات التعليمية السورية بشكل عام ومدرسة ربيعة الأيوبية بشكل خاص، حيث يقوم البحث على تشخيص الفجوة القائمة بين المواصفة الدولية وبين نظام الجودة المتبع في المدرسة عينة البحث من خلال استخدام قوائم الفحص (check lists) لتحليل الفجوة، وقد تضمنت قائمة الفحص (56) عبارة موزعة على سبع متطلبات أساسية، وهي (سياق عمل المنظمة، القيادة، التخطيط، الدعم، التشغيل، تقييم الأداء، التحسين)، واعتمد الباحث منهج دراسة الحالة لإجراء البحث حيث تعبئة قوائم الفحص من خلال المعايشة الميدانية وإجراء المقابلات والاطلاع على السجلات والوثائق اللازمة، إذ تم قياس مدى التطبيق والتوثيق بالاعتماد على النسب المئوية والوسط الحسابي المرجح، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث هو وجود فجوة بين متطلبات المواصفة الدولية وواقع التطبيق والتوثيق الفعلي لدى المؤسسة المدروسة والتي كانت بنسبة (46.27%) بسبب التطبيق الجزئي والضعيف لمتطلبات المواصفة فضلا عن التوثيق الكلي لها. The research presents a study on the probability the requirements availability application of the quality management system under the international standard ISO21001: 2018 in Syrian educational institutions in general and Rabia Ayyubiya School in particular, where the research is based on the diagnosis of the gap between the international standard and the quality system used in the center of the research sample through the use of check lists to Gap analyze, the examination list has contained (56) a statement divided into seven basic requirements, they were (the context of the Organization's work, leadership, planning, support, operation, performance evaluation, improvement(, the researcher adopted a case study methodology to conduct the research, where the checklists were filled through field cohabitation, interviews, the extent of application and documentation was measured based on percentages and mean, one of the most important results of the research is the existence of a gap between the requirements of the international standard and the reality of application and actual documentation at the school studied, which was (46.27%) because of the partial and weak application of the requirements of the standard as well as the overall documentation. |
