| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مقومات القيادة الريادية بالتعليم الجامعي، والوقوف على واقع تطبيق مقومات القيادة الريادية بجامعة دمنهور؛ وذلك لوضع تصور مقترح لآليات تطبيقها بالجامعة، واعتمدت الدراسة في تحقيق أهدافها على المنهج الوصفي من خلال الاستعانة بأحد أهم أدواته وهي الاستبانة للوقوف على واقع تطبيق مقومات القيادة الريادية بجامعة دمنهور في ضوء آراء أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وقد بلغ عدد أفراد العينة (121) عضوا يمثلون 22% تقريبا من المجتمع الأصلي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة تطبيق مقومات القيادة الريادية بجامعة دمنهور حسب آراء أفراد عينة الدراسة جاء بدرجة "محايد"، وهذا يشير إلى وجود معوقات تحول دون تطبيق القيادة الريادية بجامعة دمنهور، وكان ترتيبها تنازليا على النحو التالي: (التسويق للخدمات الجامعية - الثقافة الريادية المتكاملة - الرؤية الاستراتيجية - المخاطرة المحسوبة -الإبداع التقني)، وفي ضوء ذلك قدمت الدراسة تصورا مقترحا لآليات تطبيق القيادة الريادية بجامعة دمنهور بناء على ما توصلت إليه الدراسة الميدانية. The study aimed to identify the elements of Entrepreneurial Leadership in university education, and examine the reality of applying the elements of entrepreneurial leadership at Damanhur University, in order to develop a proposed perception for the mechanisms of applying entrepreneurial leadership at Damanhur University, the study relied on achieving its goals on the descriptive approach through the use of one of its most important tools which is the questionnaire to find out the reality of the availability of the elements of entrepreneurial leadership at Damanhur University in the light of views of faculty members, the number of sample members reached (121) members, representing approximately 22% of the target population. The study found that the sample came with a "neutral" degree, which indicates the presence of obstacles preventing the application of entrepreneurial leadership at Damanhur University, and it was arranged in descending order as follows: (Marketing for University Services - Integrated Entrepreneurial Culture - Strategic Vision - Risk Taking - Technical Innovation), the study presented a proposed perception for the mechanisms of applying Entrepreneurial leadership at Damanhur University based on the findings of the field study. |
