| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الورقة إلى التعرف على التوجهات المستقبلية لجامعة حائل في تحقيق رؤية المملكة واقتراح خريطة مستقبلية لجامعة حائل تشمل رصد لتلك التوجهات والعمل على تحقيقها من خلال التعرف على كل توجه وأهدافه ومتطلبات تحقيقه ونتائجه المتوقعة. وقد حاولت هذه الورقة الإجابة على الأسئلة التالية: - أولا: ما أبرز التوجهات اللازمة لجامعة حائل في رؤية المملكة ٢٠٣٠؟ - ثانيا: ما المتطلبات اللازمة لجامعة حائل في تحقيق رؤية المملكة ٢٠٣٠؟ - ثالثا: ما الخريطة المستقبلية لجامعة حائل في تحقيق رؤية المملكة ٢٠٣٠؟ وللإجابة على الأسئلة السابقة تم الرجوع إلى الأدبيات العلمية والدراسات السابقة كما وتم عرض رؤية المملكة 2030 بشكل موجز وأبرز توجهاتها وبرامجها التنفيذية واستعراض الأهداف الاستراتيجية للتعليم في ضوء التحول الوطني ٢٠/٢٠ وكذلك أهداف خطة التنمية العشرية وأهداف الخطة المستقبلية للتعليم العالي (آفاق) ونتج عن ذلك الوصول إلى رؤية مستقبلية لجامعة حائل في ضوء التوجهات المستقبلية العالمية وبناء خريطة لها تشمل عرض موجز لكل توجه ومتطلبات تطبيقه والنتيجة المتوقعة في تحقيق رؤية المملكة 2030. ويتوقع أن تخلص الورقة إلى ما يلي: - أولا: منح الجامعات السعودية حرية في تحديد هويتها ورسم رؤيتها الخاصة. - ثانيا: مد جسور التواصل العلمي والتبادل المعرفي بين الجامعات السعودية وغير السعودية. - ثالثا: الاهتمام بالترجمة وتفعيل دورها من أجل تنشيط الحركة العلمية. - رابعا: نتطلع من الجامعات إلى تكثيف جهودها في عقد مؤتمرات علمية. This study aims at investigating the future perspective of The University of Hail in achieving the Kingdom vision of 2030. In addition to suggesting a prospective plan to include all aims of this new perspective of the University and attempting to meet all of them. This can be done by identifying these perspectives, their aims, main requirements to achieve them and the expected outcomes. This paper attempts to give answers to the following questions: 1. First: What is the perspective that The University of Hail follows to achieve the Kingdom vision of 2030? 2. Second: What are the main requirements that the university need to achieve the vision of 2030? 3. Third: What is the prospective plan that The University of Hail has created to help in achieving this vision? As an attempt to answer all the aforementioned questions, the study has referred to many literature reviews and other previous studies about this issue. Moreover, the study gave a brief account of the kingdom vision of 2030 with mentioning its main goals, its executive programs and its strategic plans of education in the light of the national changes of 2030. The study also reveals the goals of both future plans, vis; The tenth developmental plan as well as the higher education plan. The analysis of all the aforementioned plans and goals has helped to form a future perspective of The University of Hail in the light of the global requirement and achieve the expected outcomes of the kingdom vision of 2030. This paper is expected to achieve the following objectives: 1. First: All Saudi Universities will be able to draw its own peculiar identity and to indentify its own vision. 2. Second: Building the bridge between Saudi and non- Saudi universities to facilitate the cultural exchange. 3. Third: Activating the role of translation as an essential part of the scientific research 4. Fourth: Looking forward to holding more scientific conferences by all universities. |
