| المستخلص: | يهدف هذا البحث لمعرفة واقع قطاع التأمين السعودي للفترة من (2013/ 2017) واستقراء آفاقه المستقبلية في إطار رؤية 2030 التي توفر فرصا واعدة لتطويره. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الاحصائي لتحليل البيانات التي تم جمعها. من أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث هيمنة قطاعي التأمين الصحي والتأمين على المركبات على سوق التأمين السعودي، وسيطرة شركتين فقط على ما يقارب 45% من إجمالي أقساط التأمين بها. ومن أهم التوصيات اقتراح اندماج شركات التأمين لتقوية مراكزها المالية والقدرة على منافسة أفضل، ومزيد التنسيق بين الجامعات وشركات التأمين لتخريج كوادر بشرية وطنية مؤهلة علميا وعمليا في مجال التأمين. This research aims to find out the reality of the Saudi insurance sector for the period 2013/2017 and its future prospects within the framework of Vision 2030, which offers promising opportunities for its development. The descriptive approach has been used statistical analysis to analyze the data collected. One of the most important findings of the research was the dominance of the health insurance and vehicle insurance sectors in the Saudi insurance market, with only two companies controlling about 45% of their total insurance premiums. Among the most important recommendations are the proposal to merge insurance companies to strengthen their financial positions and better competitiveness, and more coordination between universities and insurance companies to produce national human cadres who are scientifically and practically qualified in the insurance field. |
