| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة إلى دراسة دور ومقترح أبعاد حوكمة المشروعات كمتطلب رئيس لنجاح عمليات تخطيط المشروع وتنفيذه وتسليمه، ودوره في تعزيز عوامل نجاح المشروعات في مجموعة شركات المناصير، حيث كانت مشكلة الدراسة تدور حول عدم وجود إدراك كاف للأهمية وأبعاد حوكمة المشروعات، وضعف واضح في ربط حوكمة المشروع بحوكمة المنظمة الأم أو متطلبات الصناعة في البيئة الأردنية، اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي لتحديد أي متغيرات الحوكمة الأكثر ملائمة لبيئة المشاريع الأردنية، كما طورت الدراسة استبانة لدراسة توجهات العاملين نحو الحوكمة ومتغيراها، وتحليل أثرها على عوامل نجاح المشروع. اعتمدت الدراسة على تحليل البيانات من خلال برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)، كما استخدمت الدراسة مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية منها تحليل الانحدار المتعدد والتدريجي، واختبار مستوى التباين، حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك أثرا ذا دلالة إحصائية للشفافية والمسائلة في تعزيز فرص نجاح المشروع؛ كمكون رئيس للحوكمة من ضمان جودة العمليات الإنتاجية، وتعزيز فاعلية أداء المشروع وفرص نجاحه، كما توصلت إلى أن هناك أثرا ذي دلالة إحصائية بين توفير نظام يعمل بكفاءة للمتابعة، وهيكل داعم للحوكمة وتعزيز فرص نجاح المشروع، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك خللا في بناء مؤشرات العمل لقياس قدرات فريق عمل المشروع. في حين توصي الدراسة بإجراء مزيد من الدراسات التطبيقية لمتغيرات جديدة للحوكمة وفي قطاعات جديدة، وضرورة تعزيز قدرات فريق العمل في المشروع بما يضمن نجاح عمليات الحوكمة، وبناء نموذج يساعد في تطبيق متغيرات حوكمة المشروعات في البيئة العربية والأردنية للوصول إلى نموذج أمثل، يعزز عمليات المتابعة والرقابة ومنهجيات اتخاذ القرار، وضرورة توفير نظام لإدارة المخاطر يضمن الحد من تأثيرها، ويزيد من فرص نجاح المشروع. | ||
| 520 | |b The aim of the study was to examine the role of project governance as a major requirement of project life cycle success (planning, implementation, termination), in a l-Manaseer Group. The study problem was the weaknesses of appropriate consciousness of the project governance for project success; the researcher utilized a description approach to determine which governance variables are most appropriate for the Jordanian project environment. The study also developed a questionnaire to analyze the attitudes of employees towards governance variables, and to explore their impact on the project success factors. The study was based on Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), multi regression one way analysis of variance, and Stepwise Multiple Regression. The study found that there is a statistically significant effect of transparency as a key component of governance, the quality of production processes, and the efficiency of the project›s performance on its success. It also found that there is a statistically significant impact between the effectively of a monitoring system, and structure for governance for project success, finally the study found that there is a failing in indicators building to measure the project team capabilities. The study recommends further study of new variables of governance in new sectors, and the need to improve the capabilities of the team in the project to ensure the success of governance processes, and recommended building a model to help execute the governance in projects in the Arab and Jordanian environment to develop the optimal model for implementation and develop control processes, decision-making methodologies, and provide an effective risk management system. | ||
