| 520 | |a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة الهوية الليبية ومكوناتها الأساسية، والتعرف على معوقات تحقيق الهوية الوطنية في ليبيا، واعتمدت الدراسة على التحليل الكيفي، وذلك باستخدام المنهج التاريخي والمدخل البنائي الوظيفي، وذلك بتحليل التطور التاريخي لبناء العلاقات الاجتماعية لمكونات المجتمع الليبي وثقافته والهويات التي تنتجها وكيفية تأثيرها على وظائف النظم الاجتماعية التي تنبثق عنها، وتوصلت الدراسة إن الهوية الليبية، هي هوية تتوزع انتماءاتها بين القبيلة والمنطقة والإقليم والإثنية، هوية كان طابعها قبلي منذ القدم وتشكلت قاعدة المجتمع المستقر على نفس القاعدة التي كان يقوم عليها المجتمع البدوي القبلي بثقافته القبلية، وتوصلت الدراسة أيضاً إلى أن المجتمع الليبي بعد ثورة فبراير يواجه صعوبات في صياغة مكونات الهوية الليبية في هوية وطنية واحدة، وذلك من خلال عدم الاتفاق على أسس لتنظيم الحياة المشتركة بين الأطراف الليبية، وذلك بسبب الصراع، والثقافة القبلية، ووجود تراكمات وحساسيات ذات خلفيات تاريخية بين بعض الأطراف الليبية، بالإضافة إلى تدخل الأطراف الخارجية بشكل سلبي في المجتمع الليبي. | ||
| 520 | |b This study aims at identifying the nature of Libyan identity and its basic components. It also endeavors to identify the obstacles that hinder achieving national identity in Libya. This study uses qualitative analysis by means of the historical methodology and structural constructional approach. For this end, the study analyses the historical development of building the social relations of the different social components of the Libyan society, its culture and the different identities that result from these social relations and how these relations impact the resultant functions of the social systems. The study found that the Libyan identity is divided among the tribe, region, district. The Libya identity has for a long time characterized as tribal ethnicity. The study found that the base for the stabilized society was formed in the same base of that of the nomadic tribal society with its tribal culture. Furthermore, the study found that the Libyan society after February uprising encounters difficulties in mapping out the components of the Libyan identity into unified national identity. There is no consensus among the Libyan society on bases how to organize shared life between all Libyan parties. This is due to, tribal culture and some sensitivities driven by historical accumulations between some Libyan parties, in addition to negative interference of some foreign parties in Libyan society’s affairs. | ||
