| المستخلص: | في ظل التحولات التي يشهدها العالم وبالذات في مجال المعرفة الرقمية وتقنياتها المختلفة، والتي ألقت بظلالها على كل مناحي الحياة، وما أنتج من هوس كبير لدى شباب اليوم بالميديا وأصبحت تزاحم وبشدة مؤسسات صناعة العلم والمعرفة، حيث لم تعد الجامعة تلك المؤسسة الجامعة للعلوم والمعارف -كما كانت- من قبل.\nكل ذلك فرض إعادة النظر في شكل التعليم وأساليبه الذي تقدمه الجامعات؛ ولأجل ذلك تعددت جهود راسمي سياسات التعليم في العالم لدمج التقنية بالتعليم وتوظيفها في ذلك وأنتج تجارب تعليمية: كالتعليم المفتوح والتعلم عن بعد، والتعليم الإلكتروني، وبقدر هذه التوجهات لم تتمكن تلك السياسات من الحد من طغيان الميديا.\nفي هذا الورقة التي تهدف لرسم سيناريوهات مستقبلية للتعلم الافتراضي تستشرف المستقبل، من خلال مقاربة التجارب العالمية ونظيراتها العربية، مروراً بالمحلية.\n In light of the transformations that the world is witnessing, especially in the field of digital knowledge and its various technologies, which cast a shadow on all aspects of life, and what has resulted from great obsession among the youth of today in the media has become strongly competing for institutions of science and knowledge industry, where the university is no longer that university institution for science and knowledge, as it was before.\nAll this has forced a review of the form and methods of education offered by universities; for this, there have been many efforts by world education policymakers to integrate and employ technology with education and have produced educational experiences: open learning, distance learning, and e-learning. , and to the extent of these trends, these policies have not been able to reduce media, and to the extent of these trends, these policies have not been able to reduce media deluge.\nThis paper aims to chart future scenarios for virtual learning, looks forward to the future, by approaching global experiences and their Arab counterparts, through local.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
