| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة هذه ضمان الجودة والنوعية في مؤسسات التعلم المفتوح والتعلم عن بعد، وحاولت الإجابة عن ما مفهوم التعلم المفتوح والتعلم عن بعد؟ \n-ما الأسس المعيارية لضمان الجودة النوعية في التعلم المفتوح والتعلم عن بعد؟\n-ما مكونات الجودة والنوعية في برامج مؤسسات التعلم عن بعد.\n-ما معنى ضمان الجودة والنوعية للتعلم المفتوح والتعلم عن بعد؟\nوقد استخدام الباحث المنهج الوصفي القائم على استخراج المفاهيم والخصائص والمعايير والدلالة المرتبطة بموضوع الدراسة وأسئلتها.\nوفي إجابة السؤال الأول عالج تحديد المصطلحات والمفاهيم التنظيرية لكل من التعلم المفتوح والتعلم عن بعد.\nوفي إجابة السؤال الثاني، بين الأسس المعيارية والسياسات التربوية التي تضمن الجودة النوعية في التعلم المفتوح والتعلم عن بعد؟\nأما إجابة السؤال الثالث، فعالجت المكونات الأساسية لمفاهيم الجودة والنوعية في برامج مؤسسات التعلم عن بعد.\nأما إجابة السؤال الرابع فركزت على بيان خصائص ضمان الجودة والنوعية للتعلم المفتوح والتعلم عن بعد، ومسوغاتها والصعوبات التي تواجه نمط التعلم عن بعد في مؤسسات التعليم العالي، ثم بيان معايير الاعتمادية للتعلم عن بعد لضمان جودته ونوعيته ومراقبته بصورة مستمرة،\nوخلصت الدراسة إلى بعض التوصيات المعززة لهذا النمط في التعلم عن بعد.\n This study aimed to ensure quality and quality in open learning and distance learning institutions, and it tried to answer what is the concept of open learning and distance learning?\nWhat are the normative foundations for quality assurance in open and distance learning?\nWhat are the quality components of distance learning institutions' programs?\nWhat is the meaning of quality assurance for open and distance learning?\nThe researcher used the descriptive approach based on extracting concepts, characteristics, criteria and significance related to the subject of the study and its questions.\nIn answering the first question, it dealt with defining terminology and theoretical concepts for both open learning and distance learning.\nIn answer to the second question, between the normative foundations and educational policies that guarantee the qualitative quality of open and distance learning?\nAs for the answer to the third question, it dealt with the basic components of the concepts of quality and quality in programs of distance learning institutions.\nAs for the answer to the fourth question, it focused on clarifying the characteristics of quality assurance of open and distance learning, their justifications and the difficulties facing the pattern of distance learning in higher education institutions, then clarifying the accreditation standards for distance learning to ensure its quality and quality and to monitor it continuously.\nThe study concluded with some recommendations that reinforce this pattern in distance learning.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2020 |
