Due to the importance of university professor and university student "is the focus of the study" This research aims to identify the degree and level of lack of specifications of the university professor "faculty members" from the perspective of students And determine the level of performance of the university professor in each performance criterion by field from the perspective of students And to contribute to inform the university professor of the implications of improving teaching performance in the quality of education. After extracting the results and retrieving them using the statistical program (spss) using the frequencies percentage relative weight and percentage weight The study reached several results the most important of which is the achievement of the quality of the performance of the university professors in the announcement of his plan and the teaching objectives of each of the materials Which is studying But found unrealistic methods and did not appreciate the performance of the professor to the extent of acceptance in the method of discussion and reliance on indoctrination Do not share it with students in different activities But the criterion of the university professor's relationship with the society was the highest of the other four criteria in terms of relative weight (21.2%) This confirms that the university professor contributes to the service of the community because it is not the characteristics of the university professor in his tower without integration into society and interaction with him. | ||
| 520 | |a يمثل الأستاذ الجامعي المحور الأساسي التي تقوم عليه وظائف الجامعة، ولا تعتبر مواصفات الأستاذ الجامعي مقياس لنجاحه أو فشله فحسب، بل مقياس لنجاح أو فشل الجامعة في تحقيق وظائفها، ومنه فإن تقويم الأستاذ الجامعي يحتل مكانة عظيمة في منظومة التعليم الجامعي، كما يعتبر الطالب الجامعي أساس وجود الجامعة، فهو الغاية المرجوة من التعليم الجامعي ومحور العملية التعليمية الجامعية، لذا يعتبر الطالب الجامعي أهم مصدر وعنصر في التقويم الجامعي. ونظرا لأهمية الأستاذ الجامعي والطالب الجامعي " هو محور الدراسة" يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على درجة ومستوى النقص في المواصفات لدي الأستاذ الجامعي "أعضاء هيئة التدريس" من وجهة نظر الطلاب، وتحديد مستوى أداء الأستاذ الجامعي في كل معيار أدائي حسب المجالات من وجهة نظر الطلاب، وأخيرا المساهمة في إطلاع الأستاذ الجامعي بانعكاسات تحسين الأداء التدريسي في جودة التعليم. وبعد استخراج النتائج وحسابها عن طريق البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS) مستعملا التكرارات والنسبة المئوية والوزن النسبي والوزن المئوي، توصلت الدارسة إلى عدة نتائج، ومن أهمها تحقيق الجودة لأداء أساتذة الجامعة في إعلان خطته والأهداف التدريسية لكل مادة من المواد التي يقوم بدراستها، لكن وجدت أساليب غير محققة ولم ترقى لأداء الأستاذ الجامعي إلى حد القبول في إتباع أسلوب التحاور والاعتماد على التلقين، عدم مشاركته للطلاب في الأنشطة المختلفة، ولكن معيار علاقة الأستاذ الجامعي بالمجتمع أحتل على أعلى نسبة من المعايير الأربعة الأخرى من حيث الوزن النسبي 21.2%، مما يوكد على أن الأستاذ الجامعي يساهم في خدمة المجتمع لأنه ليس من خصائص الأستاذ الجامعي التقوقع في عالمة الخاص دون الاندماج في المجتمع والتفاعل معه. | ||
