| المستخلص: | تفرض المتغيرات البيئية العديد من التحديات أمام نجاح منظمات الأعمال، الأمر الذي يستلزم التفكير في التكيف معها ومعالجة المشاكل المرتبطة بها بطرق جديدة، فقد اتجه الكثيرون لتنمية الإبداع كأحد المداخل الرئيسية للتغيير التنظيمي، والمؤسسات الجزائرية كغيرها من منظمات الأعمال تسعى جاهدة لمواجهة التحديات الكبيرة في هذا العصر الذي يتسم بسرعة الحركة، مما يتطلب عليها ضرورة أن تتعامل مع التغيير باعتباره نشاطا هادفا، فعالا ومفيدا، يتم التخطيط له ولا يأتي بصفة مفاجئة أو عشوائية ويستلزم عملية تنمية وتوظيف للإبداع على مستواها وتوفير المقومات التنظيمية الضرورية لتنميته لخدمة أهداف التغيير التنظيمي كأحد أهم مداخله، واعتباره عملية تجديد مستمرة تضمن استمرارها في عالم سريع التغير.
