| المستخلص: | Cet article tente d'identifier les caractéristiques de la communication verbale et non verbale parmi les jeunes arabes par le biais de l’utilisation des médias sociaux, notamment à travers le réseau social Facebook, en essayant de comprendre l'impact de ces caractéristiques sur l'utilisation de la langue arabe. Nous avons divisé ce document en trois éléments essentiels, où nous avons abordé dans la première partie des concepts liés à la communication verbale et non verbale, dans le passé et actuellement. Dans la deuxième partie, nous avons montré les caractéristiques de la communication verbale chez les jeunes arabes du réseau "Facebook", à travers notre présentation de certains des modèles de communication qui ont eu lieu parmi les différents groupes des jeunes. Dans la troisième partie, nous avons mis en évidence les caractéristiques de la communication non verbale parmi les jeunes arabes du réseau Facebook, sur la base d'un tableau illustrant les formes les plus importantes de la communication non verbale, avec les conclusions les plus importantes et quelques recommandations. This paper is an attempt to identify the characteristics of verbal and non-verbal communication among Arab youth in the social media through Facebook especially, and knowing the impact of these characteristics on the use of Arabic language by the Arab youth. We have divided this paper into three main points; the first deals with the notions of verbal and non-verbal communication now and in the past. In the second one, we demonstrate the characteristics of verbal communication among the Arab youth through Facebook, by presenting a set of communication models realized among various youth groups. In the third point we highlight the characteristics of non verbal communication among the Arab youth in Facebook, based on an illustrative table that includes the most important forms of non-verbal communication. We then conclude by important results with some recommendations. حاولت هذه الورقة البحثية أن تستبين خصائص التواصل اللفظي، وغير اللفظي لدى الشباب العربي في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، من خلال شبكة "الفيسبوك"، مع معرفة مدى تأثير تلك الخصائص على استعمال اللغة العربية لدى الشباب العربي. وقد قسمنا هذه الورقة إلى ثلاثة عناصر رئيسة؛ تحدثنا في العنصر الأول عن مفهومي التواصل اللفظي وغير اللفظي قديماً وحديثاً. وبينا في العنصر الثاني خصائص التواصل اللفظي بين الشباب العربي في شبكة "الفيسبوك" من خلال عرضنا لبعض النماذج التواصلية التي تمت بين فئات شبابنية مختلف، وأبرزنا في العنصر الثالث خصائص التواصل غير اللفظي بين الشباب العربي في شبكة "الفيسبوك" استناداً إلى جدول توضيحي ضم أهم أشكال التواصل غير اللفظي، ثم ختمنا الورقة بأهم النتائج المتوصل إليها، مشفوعة ببعض التوصيات. |
