المستخلص:The aim of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the incentive system , in addition to the effect of the incentives system on both the moral and physical aspects of the performance of the employees. We relied on the case study to diagnose the reality of the incentive system in the institution. Respondents on the incentive system and its impact on performance. we selected a sample of 150 employees while 118 questions were retrieved and analyzed using SPSS. The study concluded that the system of material rewards is not very effective and does not help to improve performance, in addition to the ambiguity of promotion criteria, and that the incentive system is not linked to the objectives of the institution and this prevents its effectiveness. The most important result is that the results of the evaluation of the performance of employees are not used in promotions or in the granting of incentives, and therefore we can say that the incentive system in the institution is somewhat acceptable in the physical apartment compared to competitors in the sector, but the moral still needs to be reconsidered .
