| المستخلص: | إن مفارقة المنظور الداخلي والخارجي للحكامة هي مصدر هشاشة المؤسسة في إفريقيا. استنادا إلى تحليل جدلي بين الحكامة والذكاء الاقتصادي، هل هذان النظامان يعتبران مرتبطان أم مستقلان فى مكافحة هشاشة مؤسسات الدولة فى إفريقيا؟ لمعالجة هذه الهشاشة، الدول الهشة في إفريقيا في حاجة إلى تطبيق نظام حلقي بين الحكامة والذكاء الاقتصادي. The paradox of internal and external of governance is a source of fragility of the institution in Africa. Based on a dialectical analysis of governance and economic intelligence, are these two systems dependent or independent for the fight against this fragility of state institutions in Africa? To address such fragility, fragile states in Africa will need to have a loop system between governance and economic intelligence. Le paradoxe de l’interne et l’externe de la gouvernance représente une source de la fragilité de l’institution en Afrique. En s’appuyant sur une analyse dialectique autour de la gouvernance et l’intelligence économique, ces deux systèmes sont-ils dépendants ou indépendants pour la lutte contre cette fragilité des institutions étatiques en Afrique? Pour remédier à de telle fragilité, les Etats fragiles en Afrique devront être dotés d’un système boucle entre la gouvernance et l’intelligence économique. |
