| المستخلص: | يستخدم الذكاء الترابي من خلال نهج إنمائي محلى أدوات وأساليب للتعامل مع التحديات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية. ويتيح نهج الذكاء الترابي هذا، من خلال هذا التطور، تلبية احتياجات مختلف الجهات الفاعلة، معتمدين شكل أساسي على مشاركة الفاعلين والحكامة الرشيدة. وبالمثل، يفي نهج الذكاء الترابي متطلبات التنمية المستدامة والحكامة الرشيدة. هذا يساعد على وضع حد لنقاط الضعف والهشاشة الموجودة. Territory intelligence through an endogenous development approach uses tools and methods to deal with economic, social and political challenges. This territorial intelligence approach allows, through this development, to satisfy the needs of the various actors, relying mainly on stakeholder participation and good governance. Likewise, this territorial intelligence approach meets the requirements of sustainable development and good governance. This helps to put an end to existing vulnerabilities and weaknesses. L’intelligence territoire à travers une approche de développement endogène utilise des outils et méthodes pour faire face aux défis économiques, sociales et politiques. Cette démarche d’intelligence territoriale permet à travers ce développement de satisfaire les besoins des différents acteurs en s’appuyant principalement sur la participation des acteurs et la bonne gouvernance. De même, cette démarche d’intelligence territoriale répond aux exigences de développement durable et la bonne gouvernance. Ce qui permet alors de mettre fin aux vulnérabilités et fragilités existantes. |
