| المستخلص: | تعتبر التصنيفات الدولية، كتصنيف Webometrics، THE وARWU أحد أهم الأدوات المعتمدة للحكم على أداء مؤسسات التعليم العالي وتنافسيتها، خاصة على المستوى الدولي. لقد أصبحت محل اهتمام العديد من الدول، بحيث أصبح همهم الأساسي هو دخول جامعاتهم هذه التصنيفات وتصدر قوائمها. وعليه، فإن هذه الورقة البحثية تتناول مفهوم التصنيفات الدولية، أهم هذه التصنيفات والمؤشرات المعتمدة، بالإضافة إلى إبراز أهم آثارها على السياسات والخطط المتبعة من طرف الدول قصد الحصول على مراتب متقدمة فيها. كما تم إبراز ترتيب مؤسسات التعليم العالي الجزائرية ضمن هذه التصنيفات وأهم العوائق التي تحد من فرصها لمنافسة باقي مؤسسات التعليم العالي عبر العالم. حيث لم تتمكن مؤسسات التعليم العالي الجزائرية من دخول التصنيفات الدولية إلا بجامعة واحدة وضمن المراتب الأخيرة. International rankings, such as Webometrics, The ARWU, are one of the most important tools being adopted to assess the performance and competitiveness of higher education institutions, especially at the international level. These rankings became the focus of many countries, so that their main concern is the entry of their universities to these rankings and to be on top ranking. Therefore, this paper deals with the concept of International rankings, the most important worldwide university rankings and indicators adopted, in addition to display their effects on policies and plans adopted by countries in order to obtain advanced grades in these rankings. The ranking of Algerian higher education institutions and the main obstacles that limit their opportunities of competing with others around the world was also highlighted. The Algerian higher education institutions were unable to enter International rankings except one university, which is classified within the last ranks. les classifications internationales comme celui de: ARWU, THE, Webometrics; sont devenus une référence en tant qu’un instrument d’évaluation de la performance et de la compétitivité des établissements d’enseignement supérieur surtout au niveau mondial. Les classifications internationales sollicitent l’attention des plusieurs pays pour intégrés ses établissements d’enseignement supérieur dans les listes des classifications et qu’ils seront classées dans les premiers rangs. Cet article définissant les classifications les plus connus; ses critères et les indicateurs utilisés ainsi la manière dont les classifications influencent la politique générale et les stratégies institutionnelles pour êtres parmi les premiers. Cet article traite également les obstacles limitent les chances des établissements d’enseignement supérieure Algériens qui se trouve mal classée. |
