| 520 | |a تعد ظاهرة الأطفال غير الشرعيين في المجتمع الجزائري من الظواهر الاجتماعية التي تشهد تزايداً مستمراً من سنة لأخرى، هؤلاء الأطفال الذين ولدوا نتيجة علاقة غير شرعية تمت خارج إطار الزواج، وغالبا ما ينكر الرجل مسؤوليته عن ولادة الطفل غير الشرعي، لتتحمل المرأة المسؤولية لوحدها، لتكون أمام مجموعة من الخيارات إما الاحتفاظ بالولد معها، أو التخلص منه بقتله أو تركه في مكان عمومي أو إيداعه لدى مراكز الطفولة المسعفة... وفي أي حال من الأحوال فإن الطفل غير الشرعي الذي تكتب له الحياة سيكون أمام تحديات وصعوبات تنغص حياته، فالمحظوظون من الأطفال غير الشرعيين يتم التكفل بهم من طرف أسر بديلة، قد يجدون فيها نوعاً من الاستقرار النفسي والاجتماعي، أما الأغلبية منهم يكون مصيرهم إما أن يقضوا حياتهم داخل المراكز المخصصة لإيواء هذه الفئة إلى غاية سن 18، وإما أن يقضوا حياتهم في أزقة الشوارع، فالطفل غير الشرعي هو طفل فاقد لهويته ونسبه مما يجعل هذه الفئة من الأطفال معرضة لخطر الانحراف، بسبب الضغوطات النفسية والاجتماعية التي يعانون منها، ولهذا جاءت هذه الدراسة لتناول قضية الأطفال غير الشرعيين في مجتمعنا، وطبيعة التنشئة الأسرية التي يتلقونها، وما إذا كان لها دخل في إقبالهم على السلوكيات المنحرفة؟ | ||
| 520 | |f The phenomenon of illegitimate children in Algerian society is one of the social phenomena that is constantly increasing from year to year. These children born as a result of an illegal relationship that took place outside marriage; men often deny responsibility for the birth of the illegal child; the woman has to bear the responsibility alone. In this case, the woman has a range of options. Either she keeps the child with her or gets rid of him by killing him or leaving him in a public place, or she places him in the paramedic children's centers... In any case, the illegitimate child to whom life is written will face the challenges and difficulties of his life. Lucky illegitimate children are taken care of by alternative families, where they may find some psychological and social stability, but the majority of them are destined to either spend their lives within the centers designated to accommodate this group up to the age of 18 or spend their lives in the street alleys. An illegitimate child is a child who has lost his identity and descent, which makes this group of children at risk of delinquency, due to the psychological and social pressures they experience. This study has, therefore, addressed the issue of illegitimate children in our society, the nature of family upbringing they receive, and whether it has any role in their involvement in deviant behaviors?\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 | ||
