| المستخلص: | يتعلق موضوع البحث بقضية هي من أخطر القضايا التي يمكن أن تواجهها الأسرة تجاه المسئولية التي أسندت للزوج، وبيان، وضرورة النفقة على شؤون الحياة، وتربية الأولاد بصفة خاصة. وكانت مسئولية الزوج ودوره منحصر في توفير النفقة الرعاية والتربية الصحيحة والتوجيه. وتشهد مجتمعاتنا المعاصرة في ظل المستجدات المتلاحقة والمتسارعة، تحولا ملحوظاً مما يستلزم ويستوجب القيام بالدور الفعال لمواجهة تلك المستجدات، ويتعرض هذا البحث للتحديات التي تواجه الأسرة المسلمة والتي تتمثل في تحديات الواقع الذي فرضته التقنيات الحديثة والتي أصبحت جزءاً لا يتجزأ من حياتنا اليومية. إضافة لذلك الأوضاع الراهنة التي أفرزتها الحروب من قتل وتهجير وإخفاء قسري في المجتمعات الإسلامية. ويركز بصفة خاصة على حماية الأبناء في مواجهة تلك التحديات التي تواجههم في مجتمعاتهم الجديدة نتيجة الهجرة بحثاً عن السبل التي تكفل لهم الحياة الكريمة. ويأتي هنا دور الزوج في مواجهة الضغوط الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية في تلك المجتمعات والتغلب عليها وبذل الجهد في الحفاظ على القيم والموروثات في نفوس الأبناء. ولابد من ربط المهام وإناطتها بالمسئولين عنها، فإن كنا نريد الخروج من الوضع الذي نحن فيه فلا نخرج إلا بالتربية السليمة واتباع المنهج الرباني الذي يبدأ من الزوج تجاه الأسرة، والزوج هو العماد في هذه العملية التربوية. وتبدأ المسئولية بالالتزام بالواجبات والحقوق تجاه الزوجة، ومن ثم الالتزام بالواجبات والحقوق تجاه الأبناء، وفي صلاح ذلك يكون صلاح المجتمع واستقامته. The subject of the study is one of the most serious issues that the family may face regarding the husband responsibility and the necessity to be responsible of all the family affairs, and the upbringing of the children in particular. The responsibility of the husband and his role was limited in the provision of maintenance and proper education and guidance. In light of the rapid and rapid developments, our contemporary societies are witnessing a remarkable transformation, which requires an effective role to face these developments. This research explores the challenges facing the Muslim family, which are the challenges of reality imposed by modern technologies and which have become an integral part of our daily lives. In addition to the current situation created by the wars, displacement and forced disappearance in Muslim societies. The research focuses particularly on protecting children to face these challenges in their new societies as a result of migration to search of ways to ensure a decent life. Here comes the role of the husband in facing the economic, social and cultural pressures in these societies and overcome them and make an effort to preserve the values and legacies in the hearts of children. It is necessary to link the tasks and assign them to those responsible for them, if we want to get out of this situation, we can only come out with proper education and follow the Lord's approach that starts from the husband towards the family, and the husband is the pillar in this educational process. The responsibility begins by the commitment to the duties and rights towards the wife and children, and in the goodness of that is the welfare and integrity of society. |
