| المستخلص: | هذا البحث يدور حول نازلة قديمة متجددة تعم بها البلوى في بعض فترات الزمان وهي الأوبئة والأمراض التي تجتاح البشرية وتقتلهم جماعات ووحدانا، ويهدف البحث إلى التعريف بمفهوم الأوبئة التي تصيب البشر، وذكر نماذج للأوبئة التي مرت على البشرية، مع توضيح المنهج الشرعي في التعامل مع تلك الأوبئة، وتلمس الحكم الشرعي للمسائل المتعلقة بها، وموقف الطب الحديث منها. وسوف يتبع الباحث، المنهج الاستقرائي حيث يستقرئ المسائل المتعلقة بالموضوع من كتب الفقه، ويقوم بجمعها، وتحليلها، وتصنيفها، ثم يتبع المنهج الوصفي في بيان أقوال الفقهاء في حكم تلك المسائل، وأدلتها، كما يبرز في الخاتمة نتائج البحث وتوصياته، ويذيله بفهرس للمصادر والمراجع، وبالله التوفيق. This research examines a renewable issue which pervades affliction in certain periods of time which is the epidemics and diseases overwhelming the people and kill them in groups and individuals. Research problem focuses on the following main question? What is the meaning of the concept of epidemics affecting people? What are the related judgments? What is the related manner of dealing according to the Sharia methodology? And what is the related position of contemporary medicine? This research aims to identify the concept of epidemics affecting people, to mention certain historical samples of epidemic the people witnessed, to reveal the proper Sharia methodology of dealing with such epidemics, to seek the sharia judgment of such related issues, and to reveal the related position of the contemporary medicine. The researcher will adopt the common scientific methodology adopted in the juristic research where: collect the scientific material related to the subject through the available resources, imagine the issued wanted to be researched, mention the agreed or disagreed juristic statements in such issues supported by evidences and aspects of significance, and then the preponderance and its reasons. Among the most significant results: to demonstrate the sharia judgment in the issues related to epidemics overwhelming the people every once in a while, either affecting their worshiping, heritages and transactions; to enlighten people to the manner of dealing with such epidemics according to Sharia approach; and to acknowledge the related position of contemporary Medicine. |
