| المستخلص: | تناولت الدراسة واحد من الأسباب التي تؤدي إلي تفكك الأسرة ألا وهو (النشوز بين الزوجين أسبابه وآثاره وطرق علاجه) بهدف إلقاء الضوء على مفهومه، والتعرف على موقف الإسلام منه والوقوف على آثاره وطرق علاجه، مستخدمة المنهج الاستقرائي الوصفي، وقد توصلت إلي عدد من النتائج أهمها: النشوز واحد من الخلافات اللصيقة بالحياة الزوجية لكنه ليس دائم، فخطورته تكمن في استمراريته وليست في حدوثه فهو حالة استثنائية، وتشدد كل من الزوجين، أو جهلهم، أو عدم وفاء أي منهم بواجباته، هي من أبرز مسببات النشوز، وهناك آثار سلبية كثيرة للنشوز على الزوجة بصفة خاصة تتمثل في حرمانها النفقة حاله. وخرجت بحزمة من التوصيات نجملها في الآتي: الاختيار السليم للزوج أو الزوجة عند بدء الحياة الزوجية هو السياج المتين لحماية الأسرة من الانزلاق في براثن النشوز. ودعوة أولي الأمر، والمسئولين إلى توجيه أبنائهم وبناتهم، المقبلين على الزواج بمسئولياتهم وحقوقهم وواجباتهم، وتوعيتهم دينيا وأخلاقيا وثقافيا عن الحياة الزوجية قبل الدخول في قفصها لتحقيق السعادة لهم. The study dealt with one of the reasons that lead to bread the family, namely, nashuz, its causes and effects in jurisprudence and the methods of treating it, and shedding light on its concept, and identifying it’s position in Islam and identifying its effects and methods of treatment. One of the most important results is: Nakhuz is one of the close differences in married life but it is not permanent. Its danger lies in its continuity and not in its occurrence. It is an exceptional case. Each of the spouses, or their ignorance or lack of fulfillment of their duties, is one of the most prominent causes of nashuz. Many of the nashwz on the wife in private Of alimony is to deny them the same. The study came out with a package of recommendations, including the following: The right choice for the husband or wife at the start of married life is a sturdy fence to protect the family from sliding into the clutches of nashuz. And invite officials to direct their sons and daughters, who come to marry their responsibilities and their rights and duties, and to educate them religiously, ethically and culturally about married life before entering the cage to achieve happiness for them |
