| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة تجديد اساليب تطوير أداء تلاميذ الصف الرابع الابتدائي من وجهة نظر معلمين المواد الأساس ومعلماتها على مستوى المديريات العامة للتربية في محافظات العراق كافة. ولنحقق ذلك اختار الباحثين تلاميذ الصف الرابع من مدرسة محمد باقر الصدر وقد بلغت عينه البحث (72) تلميذ بواقع (36) تلميذا لكل من مجموعتي البحث، وقد صاغ الباحثون عددا من الأهداف بخصوص الاساليب المنجزة لتطوير أداء التلاميذ ومدى فاعليتها قياسا بالأساليب التقليدية. واشتملت الدراسة على خمسة فصول حيث قام الباحثون في الفصل الأول إلى التطرق لأهمية الدراسة وعرض المشكلة، وتثبيت الأهداف والفروض وذكر المجالات للدراسة. وأما الفصل الثاني فقد اشتمل على الإطار النظري ودراسات سابقة. وفي الفصل الثالث تطرق الباحثين إلى منهجية البحث واجراءاته الميدانية حيث ذكروا منهج البحث وهو المنهج التجريبي، تم عرض عينه البحث وتفاصيلها وطريقة اختبارها، ثم ذكروا الأدوات المستخدمة بالدراسة واختبارات أداء التلاميذ قيد الدراسة. وأما الفصل الرابع فقد عرض الباحثون النتائج التي حصلوا عليها وقاموا بتحليلها ومناقشتها. وفي الفصل الخامس عرض الباحثون استنتاجاتهم التي حصلوا عليها من خلال تحليل ومناقشة النتائج، واخيرا قام الباحثون بذكر بعض التوصيات التي جاءت على اساس ما استنتجوه. | ||
| 520 | |b The present study aimed to know the renewal of methods of developing the performance of fourth grade primary students from the point of view of teachers of basic materials and their teachers at the level of the general directorates of education in all governorates of Iraq. To achieve this, the researchers selected fourth grade students from Mohammed Baqer Al Sadr School. The sample reached 72 pupils (36 pupils) for each of the two research groups. The researchers formulated a number of objectives regarding the methods accomplished to improve the performance of pupils and their effectiveness compared to traditional methods. The study included five chapters, where the researchers in the first chapter to address the importance of the study and the presentation of the problem, and fix the objectives and hypotheses and mentioned areas for study. The second chapter includes the theoretical framework and previous studies. In the third chapter, the researchers dealt with the research methodology and field procedures, where they mentioned the research method, the experimental method, the sample, the details and the method of testing were presented, then the tools used in the study and the performance tests of the students under study. In the fifth chapter, the researchers presented their conclusions obtained by analyzing and discussing the results. Finally, the researchers mentioned some of the recommendations that came on the basis of what they concluded. | ||
