| المستخلص: | يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على أهمية التصنيف الدولي للأمراض والعمليات وهو يعتبر من الأمور الهامة في القطاع الصحي بشكل عام وللمستشفيات بشكل خاص من عدة جوانب ومن أهمها تسهيل إدراك العلاقات بين عناصر المجموعة الواحدة، وتمكين المستشفى من تقديم التقارير الإحصائية عن الحالات المرضية، وتقييم جودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة في المستشفيات، وتعريف العاملين في المجال الصحي بأهمية استخدام التصنيف الدولي للأمراض. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة ولجعل هذه الدراسة أكثر واقعية وموضوعية وعملية، فقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لأغراض الدراسة، وقد أوصت الدراسة وزارة الصحة بضرورة الاهتمام بتدريب جميع العاملين في المجال الصحي نحو كيفية استخدام التصنيف الدولي للأمراض وآلية عمله، وإجراء رقابة على السجلات الطبية لتجنب استلام سجلات غير مرمزة أو مرمزة بالخطأ وذلك للحصول على معلومات وإحصاءات دقيقة، عمل دراسات مشابهة لهذه الدراسة لتقييم مدى تطبيق أنظمة الترميز الطبي في القطاع الصحي) العام والخاص). This study aims at identifying the importance of international classification of diseases and operations which is important in the health sector in general and hospitals in particular from several aspects, The most important of which is to facilitate the understanding of the relationships between the elements of a single group, and to enable the hospital to provide statistical reports for pathological cases, assessing the quality of health services provided in hospitals, and introducing health workers to the importance of using the International Classification of Diseases (ICD). Descriptive approach has been used to achieve the purposes of this study and make it more realistic, objective and practical, The study recommended that the Ministry of Health should pay attention to training all health workers on how to use the International Classification of Diseases and its mechanism of work, monitor the medical records to avoid receipt of unencrypted or error-encoded records to obtain accurate information and statistics, and conduct similar studies to assess the application of medical coding systems in the health sector (public and private). |
