| المستخلص: | للتوحديين حق في النمو في البيئة العادية بقدر الإمكان وهذا طبعا يضمن تكفل شامل وكامل لهم، وهو ما يسمى بالتكفل متعدد التخصصات للطفل التوحدي النابع من حاجة الطفل التوحدي للاهتمام به، تربويا ونفسيا وضمان رعاية وعلاج متسعين حتى ليشملا الاسرة، والمدرسة والمراكز المختصة والعاملين معهم بمختلف التخصصات ايضا، وهو السبيل الاوحد للتغلب أو احتواء هذه المشكلة المعقدة، وبالرغم من ان التكفل بهذه الفئة في بلادنا قد وصل الى درجة متواضعة من الوعي المجتمعي والتناول البحثي الاكاديمي إلا انه تبقى هناك نقائص كثيرة في مجالات اخرى، فمن منطلق الوعي العميق بضرورة التكفل بالأطفال التوحديين وإدماجهم الفاعل على المستويين المجتمعي والتربوي وضمان حصولهم على مختلف أشكال الدعم والعلاج والمواكبة النفسية، من هنا جاءت فكرة الاعتماد على هذا الاتجاه كمنحى تكفلي حديث يضمن لهذه الفئة ولو بنسبة معتبرة حقهم في الرعاية والعلاج، باعتبار ان هذا الاتجاه يعتمد على الفريق متعدد التخصصات ومن هذا المنطلق اردنا من خلال هذا المقال التطرق الى هذا الموضوع المهم الذي انبثقت منه عدة أسئلة: ما هو منحى التكفل متعدد التخصصات للطفل التوحدي؟ وكيف يتم؟ وما هو دوره في الرعاية؟ Autistic people have the right to live and grow In the normal environment as much as possible, This of course ensures full and comprehensive guarantee for them, It is the so-called multi-disciplinary care for the autistic child, which stems from the child's need to take care of him Educational and psychosocial and to ensure that care and treatment are available even to the family, school and specialized centers and their staff in various disciplines as well, The only way to overcome or contain this complex problem, and although the maintenance of this category in our country has reached a modest degree of social awareness and academic research, but there are still many shortcomings in other areas It is out of the deep awareness of the need to ensure the inclusion of autistic children and their effective integration at the community and educational levels and ensure their access to various forms of support, treatment and psychological From this point of view came the idea of relying on this trend as a modern guaranteed nursing to this category and if a significant proportion of their right to care and treatment, as this trend depends on the team multidisciplinary and from this point we wanted through this article to address this important issue that emerged There are several questions: What is the multidisciplinary approach to autistic children?
