| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد ابرز المعوقات التي تواجه تفعيل برنامج رعاية الموهوبات في المدارس الحكومية الابتدائية المطبقة للبرنامج بجدة، والى التعرف على الفروق في وجهات نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة حول معوقات تفعيل البرنامج تبعا لمتغير الوظيفة والمؤهل الدراسي والخبرة. \nاعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي المسحي لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المديرات ومعلمات الموهبة العاملات في المدارس الابتدائية التي تطبق البرنامج، والمشرفات التربويات اللاتي يشرفن على المدارس الابتدائية الحكومية المطبقة للبرنامج في مدينة جدة. \nقامت الباحثة ببناء استبانة، وقد تم التحقق من صدق الأداة وثباتها. \nوقد أظهرت الدراسة النتائج التالية: \n* ضعف كبير في الميزانية والمخصصات المالية للبرنامج والذي انعكس على جميع مراحل البرنامج ابتداء من التخطيط له وانتهاء بالتقويم. \n* ضعف التوعية بأهمية البرنامج سواء للقائمات على تنفيذ البرنامج أو أولياء أمور الطالبات الموهوبات. \n* هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين وجهات نظر أفراد العينة فيما يتعلق بالمعوقات المالية والمادية التي تعوق تفعيل البرنامج يعزي لاختلاف المؤهل التعليمي وجاءت لصالح الدبلوم والبكالوريوس التربوي. \nوبناء على ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج فقد تم تقديم التوصيات التالية: \n* تخصيص موهبة وتفوق عقلي في الكليات والجامعات والدراسات العليا لتدريس وتخريج معلمات ذوت كفاءة ومتخصصات بالموهبة. \n* تكثيف المحاضرات للتوعوية بالموهبة وبرامج رعاية الموهوبات للكادر وأولياء الأمور وللمجتمع ككل.\n The study aims to identify the most prominent obstacles facing the activation of the gifted care program in the government primary schools that are applying the program in Jeddah. It also aims to identify the differences in the views of the sample respondents' views on the obstacles to activating the program depending on the variables of job, academic qualification, and experience. \nThe study relied on the descriptive survey curriculum to achieve its objectives. The study community is composed of all female directors and teachers of gifted students (female) working in primary schools that are applying the program and educational supervisors who supervise the government primary schools that are applying the program in Jeddah. \nThe researcher built a questionnaire, the validity, and reliability of which has been verified.\nThe study showed the following results: \n* There is a significant weakness in the program's budget and financial allocations, which is reflected in all program phases from planning to the assessment. \n* Poor awareness of the program's importance, whether for those implementing the program or parents of the gifted students. \n* There are significant differences between the sample respondents' views regarding the financial and material constraints that hinder the activation of the program attributed to the difference in educational qualification, and the results were in favor of the diploma and Bachelor's education. \nBased on the study findings, the study made the following recommendations: \n* Allocating talent and mental superiority in colleges, universities, and postgraduate studies to teach and graduate teachers with competence and talent specialties. \n* Intensifying lectures to raise awareness about the gifted and gifted care programs for cadres, parents, and society as a whole.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2020 |
