| 520 | |a هدف هذه الدراسة إلى تطبيق مدخل إدارة المعرفة لتحقيق الجودة النوعية وتميز الأداء في مؤسسات التعليم العالي، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت الدراسة أداة الاستبانة، وتم تطبيقها على عدد (429) مستجيب من الهيئة الأكاديمية والهيئة الإدارية في جامعة حائل في العام الدراسي 2014 /2015م. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة انخفاض الوزن المرجح بالأوزان النسبية لمحور صعوبات تطبيق إدارة المعرفة بشكل عام، حيث بلغ 48.2%، وضعف اقتناع عينة الدراسة بدور إدارة المعرفة في تحقيق الجودة النوعية حيث بلغ الوزن المرجح بالأوزان النسبية لمتوسط هذا المحور 55.38 %،كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية قوية عند مستوى 0.01 بين الأكاديمين والأداريين لصالح الأكاديمين، وأيضا بين متغير العمر لصالح فئة 30 عام فأقل، وأيضا بين متغير المستوى التعليمي لصالح البكالوريوس، وأيضا بين متغير الكلية لصالح كلية الطب. كما أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات عينة الدراسة وبين متغير النوع والخبرة والمستوى الوظيفي، وانتهت الدراسة بوضع عدد من التوصيات التي تكفل تطبيق مدخل إدارة المعرفة لتحقيق الجودة النوعية وتميز الأداء في مؤسسات التعليم العالي. | ||
| 520 | |b This study aimed to application the knowledge management approach to achieve quality and excellence in performance in higher education institutions. The study used descriptive analytical method. The study used the questionnaire tool, and was applied to the number of (429) responders from the academic body and the administrative body at the University of Hail in the academic year 2014/2015. The results of the study showed a decrease in weighted weight in the relative weight of the difficulty of the application of knowledge management in general, reaching 48.2%, and the weak conviction of the study sample of the role of knowledge management in achieving quality. The weighted weight of the average weight of this axis was 55.38%. The results of the study also showed that there were significant statistical differences at level of 0.01 among academics and administrators in favor of academics, as well as between the variable age in favor of 30 years and less. And also between the variable educational level for the benefit of the bachelor, and also between the variable college for the benefit of the Faculty of Medicine. The results of the study resulted in the absence of statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample of the study and the variable of type, experience and level of employment. The study ended with a number of recommendations that ensure the implementation of the knowledge management approach to achieve quality and performance excellence in higher education institutions. | ||
