| المستخلص: | يهدف هذا البحث إلى تبيان الأبعاد الاقتصادية للأوقاف في ظل العولمة باستخدام مختلف الأمثلة تبرز الدور الفعال الذي لعبته المؤسسة الوقفية عبر تاريخها كونها كـأحد أهم المصادر المالية لتحقيق الرفاه الاقتصادي وتثبيت الأمن، وباعتبارها دعامة للنهوض بالمجتمعات الإسلامية من خلال المساهمة في خلق آليات قوية للتنمية البشرية والنماء المستديم في زيادة الثروات، والدور الريادي الذي قامت به الأوقاف لقرون عديدة في المجال الإبداعي في قطاعات الخدمة العمومية والتصنيع والتعليم والتكوين والتأطير والتشييد والعمران والتمويل، بما في ذلك المحافظة على الهوية الإسلامية عموما والوطنية خصوصا عبر توفيرها لمختلف متطلبات الضرورية للحياة الاجتماعية كقطاع ثالث استثنائي أين لا يمكن للدولة أو القطاع الخاص القدرة على تلبيتها بما فيها المنظمات غير الحكومية وغيرها. This research aims to show the economic dimensions of the endowments under globalization, using various examples highlight the active role played by the endowment Foundation through its history, being one of the most important financial sources of achieving economic well-being and install the security council, and as a pillar of the advancement of Islamic societies by contributing to the creation of strong mechanisms for sustained human development and growth in increasing wealth, and the leading role of the endowments for centuries in the creative field in the sectors of public service, manufacturing, education and training, construction finance, (including the preservation of the Islamic identity in general, national, especially through providing various necessary requirements of social life, an exceptional third sector where the State cannot or private sector capacity to be met, including non-governmental organizations and others. |
