| 520 | |a يمثل الاقتصاد المعرفي نظاما اقتصاديا منسقا يسير في ظل التقدم العلمي والتكنولوجي ويبرز دوره في تفعيل مؤشرات التنمية البشرية من خلال خلق مجتمع معرفي مهيئ لاستيعاب المعرفة وتوظيفها لخدمته في مختلف مجالات الحياة المعاصرة التي تشكل نتائجها الوسيطة والنهائية معاييرا حقيقية تنضوي خلفها العديد من المكتسبات المادية والمعنوية ويتمخض عنها حصوله على مستوى متقدم من التعليم واكتساب المعرفة وحياة طويلة خالية من العلل والأمراض المستعصية ويضمن حصته من الموارد الاقتصادية والسلع والخدمات التي تحقق له العيش الكريم والرفاهية والشعور بالسعادة وقدرته على المشاركة الفاعلة في الحياة الاجتماعية والثقافية والسياسية وإمكانية إسهامه في نشر التنمية على اعتباره الوسيلة والهدف، ومن ثم فإن ثمار التنمية البشرية تظهر بوادرها النهائية في بناء مجتمع معرفي يمتلك اقتصادا معرفيا كفيلا بتحقيق التنمية البشرية لذلك المجتمع. جاء البحث ليسلط الضوء على العلاقة الجدلية القائمة بين الاقتصاد المعرفي والتنمية البشرية ففي العقود الأخيرة من القرن المنصرم بدأت بوادر التنمية البشرية بالظهور واتضحت معالمها تدريجيا مع بزوغ عصر جديد من التطور العلمي والتكنولوجي رسم معالم الحياة القائمة وغير الاقتصاد العالمي من اقتصاد تقليدي مادي تسيطر عليه الأيدي إلى اقتصاد معرفي رقمي تسيطر علي العقول والمعرفة المعلوماتية، وقد تبين أن ثمة علاقة وطيدة بين هذين المفهومين إذ أن كلا منهما يؤثر ويتأثر بالأخر، فالأهداف التي تسعى التنمية البشرية إلى تحقيقها تنطبق مع نتائج وانعكاسات الاقتصاد المعرفي. | ||
