| المستخلص: | In order to highlight the positive impact of the French (LE1) on learning English (LE2) in Algerian schools, we examined a corpus textbook "My book of English" 1st year average, taking into account a contrastive approach to the lexical language level. Our educational interest, initially, is to stimulate the learners' attention vis-à-vis the lexical relationship between the two languages in question, and examine, secondly, to what extent a comparative didactics it can be harnessed to focus on possible transfers in improving academic achievement in language classes. En vue de mettre en évidence l’impact favorable du français (LE1) sur l’apprentissage de l’anglais (LE2) à l’école algérienne, nous avons examiné un corpus de manuel scolaire « spotlight On English» de 1ère année moyen, tenant compte d’une approche contrastive au niveau linguistique lexical. Notre intérêt pédagogique, dans un premier temps, est de stimuler chez les apprenants une attention particulière vis àvis des rapports lexicaux existant entre les deux langues en question, et d’examiner dans un second, dans quelle mesure, une didactique comparée peut-elle être mise à profit pour mettre l’accent sur les éventuels transferts dans l’amélioration des résultats scolaires en classes de langues. |
