| المستخلص: | إن المتتبع اليوم في مشكلة العالم المعاصر هي مشكلة نوع الدولة، ونوع علاقاتها بالناس على إقليمها، ومدى تمتعهم بحقوقهم وحياتهم، والمتأمل في الوثيقة النبوية يجد أنها تمثل الأصل الديني للتجربة الحضارية في بناء الدولة المدنية ذات المرجعية الإسلامية. ومن تم يفرض هذا المقال الوقوف على الصورة المثالية الأنموذجية المعبرة عن الحكمة الربانية في بناء الإنسان والمجتمع وهندسة الدولة، وذلك من خلال دراستنا للوثيقة بالوقوف على مقاصد المشروع الحضاري التي نصت عليه.
