| المستخلص: | Notre intention est de s’interroger sur l’existence d’un imaginaire berbéro-algérien. « La vache des orphelins » est un contepuisé dans la tradition. Notre étude consiste à analyser l’imaginaire dont Gilbert Durant est le père fondateur, il réussit à éclaircir un relief de l’esprit qui est la vision de l’homme traditionnel. Cette diversité, parce qu’elle montre bien la visée «anthropologique », qui oriente toutes ces recherches qui apportent à une mise en perspective de la complexité du phénomène de l’imaginaire. Car aucune de ses manifestations ne peut s’étudier, sans qu’interviennent les « trois faces de trièdre ».
