| المستخلص: | La banque centrale représente dans de nombreux pays l’outil principal par lequel l’état intervient dans le domaine économique et cela par le biais de la politique monétaire ce qui rend très important le sujet de l’indépendance des banques centrales. L’indépendance de la banque centrale réside dans la gestion de la politique monétaire loin de l’intervention de l’autorité executive, et donner la priorité à la stabilité des prix et la valeur de la monnaie comme objectif essentiel. Durant les dernières années plusieurs pays ont modifié leurs système financier rendant leurs banques centrales indépendante on note l’experience des états unis"Réserve fédérale" et celle de l’Allemagne" Deutsche Bank" يمثل البنك المركزي في الكثير من الدول الأداة الرئيسية التي تتدخل بها الحكومة للتأثير في السياسة الاقتصادية عن طريق السياسة النقدية، ومن هنا برز إلى مقدمة اهتمامات الاقتصاديين موضوع استقلالية البنوك المركزية، وأصبح من المواضيع الأساسية المطروحة في الساحة المصرفية.\nوتتجسد استقلالية البنك المركزي في إدارة السياسة النقدية بعيدا عن تدخل السلطة التنفيذية بما لا يسمح بتسخير السياسة النقدية لتمويل عجز الموازنة العامة، وإعطاء الأولوية في المحافظة على استقرار الأسعار وقيمة العملة كهدف رئيسي.\nوخلال السنوات الأخيرة عملت العديد من الدول على تعديل نظمها المصرفية بما يمنح الاستقلالية لبنوكها المركزية، ومن التجارب الرائدة نذكر تجربة بتك الاحتياطي الفيدرالي الأمريكي والبنك المركزي الألماني "بوندسبنك" In many countries, the Central Bank (CBE) is the main instrument by which the government intervenes to influence economic policy through monetary policy. Hence, the issue of the independence of central banks has emerged to the forefront of economists and has become one of the main topics discussed in the banking arena.\nThe independence of the central bank is embodied in the management of monetary policy away from the intervention of the executive branch, which does not allow monetary policy to be used to finance the general budget deficit and give priority to maintaining price stability and currency value as a key objective.\nIn recent years, many countries have changed their banking systems to give autonomy to their central banks.
