| المستخلص: | Le chercheur académique souffre d’un grand problème au milieux de recherche scientifique , pendant ses études supérieures , ce qui est lié à la difficulté de comprendre le problème scientifique ,qui est la première étape importante de sa recherche , Et exprimer –le sous forme qualitative et quantitative correcte.et Cela conduit à des erreurs de recherche . Alors le but du cet article est d’expliquer et identifier le problème scientifique, par l’indication des facteurs qu’ils aident à ça, et identifier son caractéristiques de manière facilite la formulation d’un véritable problème et des hypothèses réels, et convenables. يعاني الباحث الأكاديمي في دراسات ما بعد التدرج من مشكلة صعوبة فهم طبيعة المشكلة البحثية الجديرة بالدراسة (مشكلة حقيقية)، والتعبير عنها بصيغة كمية وكيفية صحيحة، ما يجعل نتائج البحث العلمي عرضة للخطأ.\n لذلك تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بمشكلة البحث، وتحديد نطاقها، بحصر العوامل المساعدة على ذلك، وضبط خصائصها. مما يمكن من صياغتها علميا، وتحديد متغيراتها، ووضع الفروض العلمية المحتملة الملائمة لها.\n The academic researcher in post-gradient studies suffers from the difficulty of understanding the nature of the research problem worth studying (a real problem) and expressing it in quantitative and qualitative terms, which makes the results of scientific research prone to error.\nTherefore, this study aims to identify the problem of research and determine its scope by limiting the factors contributing to it and adjusting its characteristics.
