| 520 | |d La traduction des proverbes d’une langue à une autre constitue un véritable défi pour les traducteurs qui doivent trouver des solutions à ce problème. En effet, les proverbes sont des locutions courtes enracinés dans un milieu culturel spécifique d’où la difficulté de leur traduction, et qui s’aggrave quand les deux langues et cultures source et cible sont éloignées. La présente étude vise à jeter la lumière sur quelques stratégies employées par les traducteurs lors du transfert des proverbes d’une rive à une autre. Afin d’atteindre notre objectif, nous examinerons la traduction française du roman ‘Mémoires de la chair’ de la romancière algérienne Ahlam Mosteghanemi. L’analyse a démontré que la méthode la plus utilisée par le traducteur était la traduction littérale et non pas la substitution par un proverbe équivalent dans la langue cible et ce contrairement à ce que la plupart des théoriciens de la traduction préconisent. Le traducteur, en sauvegardant les proverbes algériens dans le texte cible, a voulu, d’après nous, conservé la « couleur locale » du roman. | ||
| 520 | |a تعد ترجمة الامثال من لغة وثقافة إلى أخرى من أشق المهمات التي يجب على المترجم ان يجد لها حلولا وذلك لخصوصية الأمثال اللغوية والثقافية، فهي عبارات موجزة بليغة متجذرة في بيئة ثقافية معينة، ويزداد عناء المترجم حينما تكون اللغتان/ الثقافتان المصدر والهدف مختلفين.\nتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة تسليط الضوء على بعض الاستراتيجيات التي يتعمدها المترجمون في نقلهم للأمثال من لغة/ ثقافة إلى أخرى وللوصول إلى هذا الهدف اعتمدت الدراسة على رواية الكاتبة الجزائرية أحلام مستغانمي "ذاكرة الجسد" (1993) والترجمة الفرنسية (2001).\nخلصت الدراسة إلى أن المترجم لم يعمد إلى استبدال الأمثال الموجودة في الرواية بما يكافئها في اللغة الهدف عكس ما هو متوقع، بل حاول جاهدا المحافظة على الأمثال العربية والجزائرية باستخدام استراتيجية الترجمة الحرفية مع بعض التصرف. | ||
| 520 | |f Translation of proverbs from one language and culture to another is one of the most difficult tasks for a translator to find solutions for the specificity of linguistic and cultural proverbs. They are concise, eloquent phrases rooted in a particular cultural environment. \nThe difficulty of the translator is compounded when the two languages/cultures, the source and target, are different. The aim of this study is to try to shed light on some of the strategies used by translators in translating proverbs from one language/culture to another. In order to achieve this goal, the study relied on the novel of Algerian writer Ahlam Mostagani “Zakirat el Jassad” (1993) and its French translation (2001).\nThe study concluded that the translator did not replace the proverbs in the novel with the equivalent in the target language contrary to what was expected. Instead, he tried hard to preserve the Arabic and Algerian proverbs using the strategy of literal translation with some changes.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018. | ||
