| المستخلص: | يعد حصول الأسرة على المسكن المناسب، الذي يوفر لها الاحتياجات الوظيفية والمكانة الاجتماعية والراحة النفسية ضمن مقدرتها المادية، من المتطلبات الرئيسية في المجتمعات الحضرية المعاصرة، وتشير الدراسات إلى أن العديد من الأسر السعودية تسكن في مساكن غير ملائمة لاحتياجات الأسرة وأعداد أفرادها من حيث المساحة والتصميم فتظهر الحاجة إلى ترشيد مساحة الوحدات السكنية بحيث تكون عناصرها ومساحتها ذات فاعلية وظيفية قصوى، وتخفيض مساحة المسكن بالقدر الذي يتوافق مع الاحتياجات المعيشية والوظيفية الفعلية للأسرة، وتحويل الفراغات غير المستغلة إلى فراغات نفعية ذات وظائف إيجابية في تقليص مساحة المسكن ورفع كفاءة الاستعمال لتلك الفراغات بتصاميم بسيطة وسهلة التنفيذ. \n وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على إيجاد حلول تصميمية لتوظيف المستوى الرأسي في الفراغات الداخلية بالمسكن وتكمن مشكلة الدراسة في الإجابة عن التساؤل التالي؛ ما مدى الاستفادة من المستوى الرأسي في تصميم وتأثيث الفراغ الداخلي بالمسكن؟ واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتم تطبيق الدراسة على عينة قصدية من (٠ ٨) أسرة تسكن في شقة. وأعدت الباحثة لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة واستخلاص النتائج الأدوات التالية; استمارة تشمل على بيانات عن مسكن العينة، وبيانات لقياس الاستفادة من المستوى الرأسي (الارتفاع) في تصميم وتأثيث المسكن ومن ثم تحليل البيانات إحصائيا واستخلاص النتائج وتوصلت الباحثة إلى حلول معاصرة في مجال تصميم وتأثيث المسكن بما يحقق احتياجات، وبتناسب مع المستويات الاقتصادية المختلفة. وقد أوصت الباحثة بضرورة البحث في بدائل التصميم لتحقيق الاحتياجات الاجتماعية والمتطلبات الوظيفية للأسرة، وتجنب الإسراف في المساحات والعمل على تقليل المساحات غير المستغلة والضائعة، واستخدام الحلول التصميمية المعاصرة التي تساهم في خفض تكاليف تأثيث المسكن، وإنتاج مساكن ذات جودة أعلى وبتكلفة اقل. \n The family's access to adequate housing, which provides them with functional needs, social status, and psychological comfort within its material capacity, is one of the main requirements in contemporary urban communities. Studies show that many Saudi families live in houses that are not suitable for the needs of the family and the number of their family members in terms of space and design. Thus, there is a need to rationalize the area of residential units so that their elements and area are of maximum functional effectiveness, reducing the residence space to the extent that corresponds to the actual living and functional needs of the family, transforming untapped spaces into utilitarian spaces with positive functions in reducing the space of the dwelling, and raising the efficiency of using those spaces with simple and easy to implement designs. \nThis study aims to identify design solutions to employ the vertical level in the internal spaces of the dwelling. The problem of the study is to answer the following question: how much can we benefit from the vertical level in designing and furnishing of the interior space in the dwelling? The study relied on the descriptive-analytical method. It was applied to an intended sample of 80 families living in apartments. To achieve the objectives of the study and draw conclusions, the researcher prepared the following tools; a form that includes data on the sample dwelling and data to measure the utilization of the vertical level (height) in designing and furnishing of the dwelling. It then statistically analyzed the data and drew conclusions. The researcher came up with contemporary solutions in the field of designing and furnishing the dwelling to meet needs and suit different economic levels. She recommended the need to research design alternatives to achieve the family's social needs and functional requirements, avoid wasting space, work to reduce untapped and lost spaces, use contemporary design solutions that contribute to reducing housing furnishing costs, and produce higher-quality housing at a lower cost. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021 |
